Description: Nicaragua Adventures offers private, custom and unique tours, exclusively...
Nicaragua Adventures offers private, custom and unique tours, exclusively designed to satisfy our guest's many requests and expectations (we do not form groups!). Operating since 1999 and based in Granada, Nicaragua, we offer sightseeing, soft and more strenuous adventures, for couples, families and small-mid size groups. We offer the highlights, but also always try to include a few original activities/visits on the way, to make our itineraries more valuable and maximize time during your vacation. We also are one of the very few agencies with a license/permit to operate (Delivered by the Nicaraguan Tourism Institute INTUR, you may require it when booking with tour provider in Nicaragua). We own a fleet of vehicles (all a/c, recent and comfortable, well maintained to accommodate all group sizes from 1 person to groups, with well trained, professional and friendly drivers), allowing more flexibility and satisfaction for oour customers. Our company is recommended by New York Times, Outside Magazine, Washington Post and several other magazines, please check about us. In addition, Nicaragua Adventure's manager (Pierre, a native from France living in Nicaragua/Costa Rica since year 1996) has been awarded as the "Top Travel Specialist" for Nicaragua by Conde Nast Traveler, three years in a row since 2011. Contact us for a unique travel experience.

Corinto, Nicaragua has nothing to offer! You can take an overpriced tour from the cruise ship to see an UNESCO World Heritage church. The drive is over an hour for less then 20 minutes at the site. While the church is beautiful, there are people begging, street vendors with wares that are not really being purchased and you have to... More

We had Geovanny S as guide for 3days and we had such a good time. He was very knowledgeable about the history around Granada and the volcanoes. We went to the masaya national park to check out the active volcano and for the bat tour. On that day we were the only ones who saw the red reflection from the... More

To preface, I am a solo female traveler that likes to research and plan her own trips. My trip to Nicaragua, however, came together under rather difficult circumstances (my mom had just passed away and I needed to get away for a few days to find my balance). I didn't feel like I had enough time, energy, or mental clarity... More

A coworker and I spent a week in Nicaragua as volunteers with a youth leadership group. We had one day to explore the country. I spoke to several agencies about a custom tour of either Leon or Granada including pick-up and return from our Managua hotel. Nicaragua Adventures was the only agency that had the capacity or willingness to work... More

My husband and I took a 10 day custom tour with Nica adventures in May of 2014. We flew into Managua and headed straight to Leon. After Leon we headed to Big Corn Island and then on to Granada, Ometepe Island, and then ending in San Juan Del Sur. The tour could not have gone smoother in any way. Everything... More

Recently we had a wonderful trip coordinated and planned through Nicaragua Adventures. I discussed what i hoped to get out of the trip that spanned 3 generations and Osnar and Pierre created an itinerary that exceeded our expectations. From the unique hotel sites that included a small European style hotel, to a hotel within a plantain plantation on a lake,... More

I came to write a review on this site, but see that others have already said it, and better than I could. Thanks to Nica Adventures, I not only saw the Nicaragua I was hoping to experience, but aspects that I didn't even know I wanted to experience. They know what they are doing and all their connections: guides, drivers,... More

Can't say enough good things about this company and the awesome two week trip they put together for my sister and me. During the two weeks we went to Selva Negra in Matagalpa, Leon, Granada, Ometepe Island, and San Juan Del Sur, with stops at San Jancinto, Masaya, and Mombacho in between. Every hotel we stayed at was awesome, the... More

If your looking to book a tour with this company, rest assured that they will give you an exceptional service for a reasonable cost. The guide we had was super informative and went out of his way to give us a taste of his country.
