I also visited Ram Jhula and was disappointed. Lovely atmosphere at Lakshman Jhula. Good cafes and overpriced little shops. But hey, look at the view! :-)

The evenings spent on the Ghats at Laxman Jhula are very peaceful. The days are little crowded but the evenings and mornings are silent, free, peaceful. I love the environment at Laxman Jhula.

This is a small suspension bridge ove river Ganga but an iconic landmark there for a long time. Views of the reiver early morning are really nice, but gets crowded during the day. Just beware of the monkeys out there.

It is indeed a "Jhoola" (swing). The bridge is built on Ganga and the view is very pretty. The ghats are surrounded by various ashrams and restaurants.

This is a bridge which connects the two parts of city. The place is very busy all long the day and beware of monkeys at the edge of the Jhula. Overall, nothing special about the place.

Its is a busy rope-way for commuters to cross the Ganges flowing with mighty current below. In use by pedestrians, scooters, motorcycle & cyclists alike.... One should be careful of the monkeys as they seem to snatch any suspected food items you may be carrying....
