The visitors center is in a semi abandoned small old strip mall. Signage is poor and it was hard to tell what it was. I bet they didn't have 10 visitors all day and they had two park rangers working there. They were very polite and knowledgable. The exhibit is mediocre, but they do have an excellent lit up battle... We got a good introduction to the battle from a volunteer docent. There was also an interesting video with a lite map of the battle. other interesting dispalys too.

The museum is excellent, and well worth paying for. If you're really into Civil War military history see the 45 minute film that's part of the museum admission. Large mural about the battle, plus many other displays.
