I'm an avid wine taster and this wine was pretty awful. If they'd had the discard bucket on the counter, I would have discarded every one. They don't grow any of their own grapes yet, and only some of the wines are even made with grapes from anywhere in Virginia (some California, etc.). Some of the wines are made with... More

We were excited to find Cana open on the weekends so we could visit the tasting room in a beautiful building perched on a hill overlooking the east side of Middleburg. A decent experience overall with a large room and bar that allow guests to stretch out and enjoy their tasting. Attentive and knowledgeable pourers enhance the experience with their... More

We stopped in a couple of years ago, soon after they opened and found the layout of the property and tasting room to be very nice. We didn't recall much about the wines, so we decided to give them another try recently. They are featuring their own wines, which they mainly make with grapes from other vineyards. Although, we did... More

I came here with some of my aunts over thanksgiving weekend, we drove up to a gorgeous tasting room and we're excited. Once we entered, everything was down hill the wine was meh, the server was rude, and it was just a complete let down. I highly recommend one of the other 270+ Virginia wineries. Go to chrysalis, go to... More

I went on a Saturday. Decided to go across the street before heading to my normal stop (Chrysalis Vineyards). They were extremely busy and everyone working there seemed frazzled. It didn't take long to get a tasting though. None of the wines really jumped out at me, but none of them were horrible either. Very beautiful building and location though.... More

There is a nice patio area outside with picnic tables. I found most of their wines on the sweeter side but they were ok...good for Virginia, I would say. They have a few different types of disappointing apples wines but they did however have a sparkling. Its not on the tasting menu but bought it based on the staff's recommendation.

This Vineyard was our first stop. It's fairly new and the vines haven't matured and they aren't producing their own wine yet but the property is more quite nice with seating everywhere with a spectacular view. The wine tasting was quite lovely and we ended up joining their wine club! Definitely going back soon.

This vineyard is relatively new but the wines are very good. Decided to stop in after having been to Chrysalis. I particularly liked the Chambourcin and the dry Apple Wine is excellent and definitely worth a taste. Make it a point to include this winery on your wine tasting itinerary.

Wine was pretty good with interesting varietals. But God forbid your child wants to take a quick peak at the view from the balcony. They are very unfriendly and chase you away immediately. They claim it is for privacy of the people upstairs, but we were headed to a place with no people at all. We won't be going back.... More

I absolutely love the location, the ambiance and the people who run this place. There is indoor tasting or you can just buy a glass or a bottle. Lots of snacks for purchase as well. The hot baked french bread should not be missed. The patio is gorgeous and there are Adirondack chairs out on the lawn. Dogs are welcome.... More
