2 out of 3 days, we felt we had the course to ourselves. the group ahead of us the other day included Donald Steele, the course designer, who has designed so many courses around the world. The course was in stellar shape, the staff was great, and the turkey sandwich seemed to weigh 2 lbs.! (Split one!)

Primland golf is the best of the best.I've played fine golf courses everywere, but each hole on the course is a separate, memorable photo opportunity. The views are unbelievable. The course condition and manicuring rivals a Pinehurst No. 2 or an Augusta National. There is a challenge with each shot and there will be an occcasion to use all of... More

Primland resort is definately out of the way but once there you will not be disappointed. We stayed in the lodge that was nothing short of spectacular. The room was superb and the staff was prompt and eager to please. We were there for only a night as we were golfing on the Highland course the next day. The course... More

Well conditioned. Beautiful scenery. Challenging. A design like I've never seen. I look forward to returning.

One of the best hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. Beautiful views and hiking trails. Heard that the golf was over the top. Wish we could have stayed a few days longer to enjoy the property fully. Great service staff and good food.

Great mountain golf...but bring extra balls! The course is long and the greens are tough. The course is spectacular though.

Beautiful vistas, impressive golf course but for very good players only. Very expensive despite the scenery. meals are good but not worth the cost.

Breathtaking, mountaintop course with new lodge. Quite expensive, but worth that BIG splurge. Not really close to anything.
