I am new to the winery scene in VA. After looking up a few places online I saw that Creek's Edge had just opened about a year ago and had very good reviews. Now I can see why after my first visit. The building is absolutely beautiful, all of the woodwork is amazing. The staff is etremely welcoming as well... More

Creek's Edge Winery is a small, beautiful winery nestled in the foothills of Furnace Mountain and is well worth a visit. The wines are maturing but the venue is spectacular and a trip up the winding staircase of the silo is not to be missed. Our tasting was given by the manager Dan who was very knowledgeable about not only... More

Very new place, opened 50 weeks ago. Spacious and well laid out and beautiful decorations, chairs, table, and fireplace. The "silo" was incredible, just the hardwood lacquered winding steps were worth it. Loved the pulley system on the ornate ceiling fans. The wines were very good and they were reasonably priced (for VA wines). The help were very friendly and... More

A free tasting from our host at Zion Springs B&B, we enjoyed their Valentine's Day wine spritzer and live music. An unexpected find in our planned weekend of relaxation.

Very talented and dedicated wine folk here who are making a significant investment in both the facilities and wine making. The reds, particularly the "reserve" reds on the bottom of the tasting menu, were excellent. Beautiful tasting room with a nice fireplace to keep warm and they also make the best mulled wine concoction we had ever tried -- a... More

My boyfriend and I love being here; the live music is always great, the crowd has a good vibe, and the wine is good. Almost afraid for it to become well known...

The blue grass music was so inviting that we decided to stay awhile to enjoy a glass of wine and lentil hummus after our tasting. Purchased a white and a red. Ask to compare the older and newer versions of the varieties. The older, in this case 2009, had much more complexity, and they were not always that much more... More

I went Creeks Edge not long after it opened and I was very impressed with the large and spacious tasting room. The building is set back from a quiet country road and has some nice scenery. The wines they have available were VA good, but they need to mature. I expect this place to get better and better each year!

Wow!!! Incredible addition to the Virginia wine country trail ...first out wines from this recently opened winery, in several varietals, are outstanding. The owners are very gracious hosts and are justifiably proud of not only their new winery and it's products, but also the family and community involvement in its development and operation. The owner's architectural and design background comes... More
