A must do activity on your arrival. A very pleasant and fun way of learning about Lexington and it's history. Ideal if you are on a tight schedule and want to plan your visits. The guide had an excellent sense of humour. If you have children, they will simply love the ride.

We have 3 kids (12,8 and 7) and they had a blast. We had Angel as our tour guide and she was awesome! We had an outstanding time, great experience and fun facts about Lexington. A tad pricey for a family of 5 but it was worth it.

We were lucky to get the last ride of the day due to the heat that day. The driver was very knowledgeable and friendly. The two horses(brother & sister - Jenny & Jake) seemed to know the route by heart. We stopped at many beautiful homes, both private and historical. the driver was very much into the history of the... For only $16 per adult, you can't beat it. Wish it was a bit longer. Very enjoyable to see the town this way. We had a small dog that we were able to carry with us, too. Easy to find, easy to park on a sunny day in the 60s. Women that ran the ride were very friendly and knowledgeable.

My wife and I have taken several carriage rides in historic towns, but none have offered the value that this one does. Nearly an hour of fun, information and historic tid-bits for only $16 each(adult) is the best value we've ever had from a carriage ride of this sort. Our driver, Angel, kept us informed and entertained throughout. If you... More

My husband and I like to start off with a carriage tour when we're visiting (Montreal, Quebec, etc), but for some reason we did Lexington's towards the end of our 2.5 week visit. We still learned a lot from the tour driver, who was both knowledgeable and entertaining The Visitor's Centre across the street has lots of info as well... More

The carriage ride should be your first stop when visiting Lexington. I wish we had taken this first because it would have saved us a lot of time in knowing where to go. The young lady that drove us was very pleasant and did a great job in filling us in on all the history and sites

We had a great time. I grew up in Lexington but had been away for years. Brought wife and family to visit. We all loved the carriage tour of the city. Would recomend it for anyone who has never taken it whether you are a 1st time visitor or have been in the area all your life

Visited Lexington in July. We decided to take the carriage tour for an overview of the historic sites. Our driver/tour guide was Peter who is a serious history buff. He knows the city, historic background and takes the time to answer questions and even recommend sites to visit. We also would recommend this tour. The visitor center is right across... More
