There is nothing about a roadtrip to Fabbioli's that we don't like. We recently attended the debut of their 2014 Chardonnay and 2 other wines; they did a fabulous job of pairing food with the 3 wines presented. We bought some of each plus a case of the Chardonnay. Even if you don't do a tour of the VA wineries,... More

We paid $15 each for a tasting of 7 wines and small food pairings. The food pairings was a nice touch except that they were as big as a thumb nail. We were supposed to take a sip, eat the food and re-taste the wine. The trouble was the pours were so small we could hardly taste the wine. We... More

We loved our tasting with Brian. The winery is adorable. The wine was tasted with a food pairing. We actually enjoyed all of the wines. This is a great place to visit.

We had the tasting with food pairing wich is a brilliant idea, since the wines tasted much different with and without food. The taisting itself, though cosy it seemed like the presenter was in a hurry, so there was not enough time to taste one wine before you were expected to empty the glass so the next could be poured.... We were quite underwhelmed at Fabbioli, which was surprising based on the reviews we’d seen. On the positive, it was great to be able to taste the wine with food (great pairings) – that was fantastic. Unfortunately though, we did not really like any of the wines on the tasting menu and they were very inflexible in regards to tasting... More

This was our first stop after crossing the state line for a wine tasting. the tasting fee is $15 which seems high, but they include food bites as well. The wine itself was not bad quality, but for the most part they were outside my preference wheel. I enjoy a heavy bodied wine. If you are more into semi sweets... More

This is definitely the place to go if you want to take your dog with you! The winery is gorgeous and has plenty of shaded space to sit out with your friends (both human and furry) and enjoy wine and food. The wine here is really good (especially the red - my favorite is the Chambourcin) and they have food... More

we had a very informative and casual afternoon at Fabbiolis. The vintner was personable and tried to get us as excited as she is by viniculture. We were asked to explore what WE liked and then persue that as opposed to telling us what we should like. I had a great time and will be back!

I've been familiar with Fabbioli for a few years. Doug Fabbioli does a fantastic job at creatively crafting unique wines. The raspberry dessert wine is a must-taste. The Rojo red is fantastic with any food and at a great price. It's worth a trip to partake in a tasting at the vineyard. Make sure to try the Pear wine!

This was our first time here, and we were not disappointed. It's $15 for the food and wine pairings, but worth it. Good quality wine and food.
