Keswick Vineyards is a family owned and operated winery situated on the historic Edgewood Estate. Owners Al and Cindy Schornberg chose this land to produce their award winning wines because of its unique terroir and beautiful scenery. Winemaker Stephen Barnard's philosophy is to focus on quality instead of quantity and produce the best wines possible. He has garnered numerous awards for Keswick's wines including the Virginia Governor's Cup for the 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon and Best of Class for the 2008 Viognier. Other varietals produced include Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc, Norton, Petite Verdot, Syrah, Touriga, and Verdejo. The tasting room is relaxing and inviting and is open daily for tastings from 9-5 excluding major holidays. During the summer, the tasting room will stay open until 6pm on Fridays and Saturdays.

I love a vineyard with live music, it really gives you a chance to enjoy the vineyard to a longer extend, my personal opinion. We had Jacklyn do our tasting on the outside section of the tasting room which I thought was great because it was such a beautiful day, would have been a shame to spend any time inside... More

The servers were so helpful and friendly, the wine was outstanding, especially the Pinot Gris. The best we have ever had. Can't wait to go back for the Saturday Eats and Beats with entertainment.

We stopped at Keswick for the first time as a halfway point from home to our friends house. Their tasting fee is $10 per person, unless you become a member then the fee is waived. There is no charge for being a member but you do have to commit to three bottles of wine quarterly. Only negative is the three... More

Wonderful views. Great place to sit and enjoy a bottle of wine or two. Very comfortable seating and a fantastic staff. A definite go to!

Took part in tasting, had more whites than reds, which made me happy but not my husband! Brought our wine chairs and crackers and cheese, bought a glass for each of us, I liked the Chardonnay and he got the Norton, sat back and enjoyed the music. Very nice, had enough shade, enjoyable afternoon.

It was all just terrible. Not much of a view and caters to wine club member and people who like sugarized wine. Did 15 wineries that weekend and had some good ones and some so-so ones but this one we all thought was very cheap

Stunning property, and we happened to visit on a day when they were having a party to celebrate their new outdoor space. Bigger winery with some really nice wines. We didn't do a full tasting, but opted to try a couple just to find a bottle to buy and enjoy on the property. We had chairs in the car, which... More

Keswick did a great job in accommodating our group of 9 women on a bachelorette tour! We scheduled a visit and the bar was ready for our tasting when we arrived. The wine was fabulous. Thank you Keswick!

We did a tasting and enjoyed it. The wines were nothing spectacular. There is not much for food if you want to buy something to eat. The property is nice. The tasting room is not very memorable.
