Read the previous person's issue with the planes covered in plastic. BIG explanation, they are repairing some roof problems and don't want any debris to disfigure the planes. Had 25 youth from my church and they had no problems with the electronics. All the interactive things were working. This was my second trip in 3 months and would love to... more

My son and I went this week and although it was not very crowded, a group of 5 local kids made their presence known. I'll leave it at that. As a previous person wrote, the main aircraft on display were covered with plastic but no signs indicating why. We watched the IMAX movie "Grand Canyon" and I should have known... more

Almost all the planes were covered with plastic from end to end. About 80% of the interative exhibits that required electricity, such as computers, films, remote control etc were not working, some had out of order signs, others did not. If you want your children to... more

This museum has a huge collection of many awesome airplanes, from biplanes and WW II planes, to space ships and aliens. There is Apollo 12 command module, many creepy aliens, and a lot... more

My husband is a military pilot and we have been to many airplane museum type places up and down the east coast. I was impressed with the Hampton Museum and my kids (4, 6, 9) had a blast! We decided to check it out after our Colonial W'Burg plans got nixed due to downpours. I am glad we went. There... more

I love air and space museums so naturally I was excited to get to this one. It was okay but if you've been to Cape Canaveral, then you've already seen the space stuff displayed here and more. If you've been to the air and space museum in Washington or the Science museum in Chicago, you've seen and experienced more than... more
