I wasn't sure about this place before going with our son (6) and daughter (4), but they had a blast. They now include an IMAX movie with your ticket, so prices are a little higher than I would have liked. I did get a $1/person off with my AAA card. We noticed after we paid that Tuesdays are Teacher Tuesdays... More

What a wonderful place to visit. Beautifully laid out & very hands on. I was very impressed with the Imax theater & the fact that you can buy popcorn & drinks before you go inside. There's so much to see & experienced military & NASA personnel on the floor answering any & all questions - even willing to give personal... More

Made this a planned stop on our vacation through VA. I was amazed at this facility complete with 3D IMAX theater. Children especially enjoyed playing in the real commercial jet. Also, be sure to visit the 95 year old carousel located next door. Plenty of free parking nearby but is limited to 2 hrs. so had to keep moving the... More

My mother and I took my two children here during a trip to Williamsburg. This is a great museum, and it took us about 3 hours to see everything. There are a lot of interactive exhibits that the kids especially enjoyed. There are several volunteers around the museum who are very helpful.

Displays were very informative and interactive. We had a teen and 4 adults +60 age - everyone thoroughly enjoyed the exhibits. Interactive and something for everyone. IMAX was superb! Definitely will come back!

This is a good air and space museum with a lot of hands on exhibits. My grandchildren (ages 4 - 13) always enjoy a visit. They look forward to all of the hands on exhibits and special exhibit. While this is good, most people miss the opportunity to go out on the roof where you get a GREAT view of... More

My 10 year old son had an awesome time here. There were retired military staff there to give you free guided tours, our whole family learned so much!!! It was definitely a great experience!

We had a great time with the kids here and it saved us a trip to the air and space museum in Washington DC. Not as big as the one in Washington but had everything for the kids to see. A ton of hands on activitys for them to try out. We were there for at least two hours. A... More

My husband is a flight and space buff so we've been to quite a few space/flight centers and he and my brother really enjoyed this one. The iMax movie was interesting and the plane and space craft displays included drones which we haven't seen in other centers. It was nice having docents stationed in the center to answer questions. My... More

Great Imax theater shows. Interactive displays, history displays, models of aircraft, and space ships. Well worth the visit when traveling to Hampton, VA.
