Had an amazing time. Tons to do, including zip lining swimming and even enjoyed the maze! The condo we stayed in was spacious and comfortable but slightly outdated. Will stay in renovated one next time. All things considered, a great way to spend a weekend!

excellent for FAMILYor romantic vacations/weekends.. Good hiking in summer, and swimming in the resort pools. They also organise lots of activities for kids, In winter its great for skiing, snowtubing, tobogganning. The resort even arranges guided snowshoeing walks.

We stayed with family while visiting and did the adventure park and hummer tours. Both were great fun for the kids, and the hummer tour was awesome fun for everyone.

The off-road segwaying was an amazing experience. The segways were terrific and I didn't have any issues with them. The staff were not only patient and informative but they were also highly amusing ( in a good way). Both the segways and the staff made my experience unique and enjoyable. 5 stars just doesn't say enough.

Had a great time saying at the hotel. I love that you choose the activity you will do and this is incorporated into the hotel fee. Would definitely go again. If you haven't gone zip lining do it while your their.

Horseshoe has an inconsistenly applied, arbitrarty "2 night minimum" that it uses to gauge customers in the winter. For example, 5 families I know successfully booked Saturday night only stays however when I called they said I had to book to nights. The explanation was that it works like Air Canada or expedia - the fluctuating rate thing I get... More

We booked 7/20-7/24 and arrived at 1pm and they can't give us the room till 4pm which is standard. I had requested a ground floor room with full kitchen and we stayed at the old building across the main hotel. We got our room at 4pm and the room is old and very dated. It has a leaky shower faucet... More
