I'm so glad we decided on this place! I read a review about no buses, kids, or groups larger than 6 which made me think it would be the perfect place to relax on a long holiday weekend! Tastings were $6 pp for 4 wines for generous pours. Most of the wines were good, I enjoyed 3 of 4. The... More

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The drive was about 40 minutes from falls church. Our server was amazing. We didn't get bottles because they are pricy. 6.00 tasting are a good way to draw people in. It was well designed inside. No annoying kids or loud groups more than 6 are generally allowed. Try the bread and oak... More

Even though this vineyard is set along a popular, busy travel route (Winchester Rd), it's quiet and offers some amazing views of the surrounding mountains! The wines were quite nice and the service was also very personable and great. For members they have a secluded area upstairs in the loft area and membership is reasonable. Definitely worth a stop while... More

Great place to enjoy some nice wines and a beautiful view. Nice deck to enjoy the wine and snacks like cheese, crackers, sausage, chutney, and warm baguettes you can order at the winery. (No outside food is allowed in the tasting room or on the deck, but they do allow it at the picnic tables out back.) We really enjoy... More

Very nice stop. Ugly day yesterday but still a very beautiful view over the valley. Wine was good and tasting was well done. Lady was very nice and informative. It's Virginia wine and of course therefore overpriced like all of them, but it makes for a nice day.

Pros: Great area, beautiful scenery and winery area, atmosphere and tasting room view Cons: Bad Service, Rude Staff, Lack of Wines, Sub-Par wines While on my Virginia winery and Delaplane area tour, I couldn't tour Delaplane without going to Delaplane Cellars. Sadly they did not deliver and I was disappointed with the experience. The area is very pretty and the... More

We called ahead to see if we can take some pictures outside, when we arrive the staff said, they never agreed to anything and that we need to leave since there is a private event going on inside.

Definitely catering to the upper crust :), but we were welcomed....and served although just coming off of a hike at Sky Meadows State Park on a very hot day. Tasting was $8 for 6 wines and they pour generously. Didn't try any food offerings. Views were lovely. We would go again....but would try to be better dressed.

TERRIBLE! STAY AWAY!!! We had a party of 9 ( 5 supposed to taste and 4 not) WELL- they would not let the other 4 sit down or even sit with us IF we had purchased a bottle for consumption on premise! We were told by a server that if we did not like it to LEAVE! We were very... More

A bunch of friends ran into each other at the winery and decided to combine tables. We proceeded to purchase five bottles of wine and enjoy the view. Within minutes , we were berated by the manager/owner. She said parties of six weren't allowed. So we asked for a solution - should we separate the tables? She repeated that parties... More
