we had a Friday morning boat tour, beautiful weather and saw eagles, herons and the horses....but no dolphins or turtles...shucks. The tour was still great with lots of history and a comfy boat. Highly recommend

I had a most enjoyable 2 1/2 hour ride yesterday. It was a scenic tour all around Chincoteague Island, Virginia on Spider's pontoon boat. Spider is the captain and tour guide of this cruise. He pointing out various places of interest such a local landmarks with historical insights, osprey nests, eagles perched on trees, ponies on Assateague Island, Wallops Island... More

Great sight seeing tour by Capt. Spider. He was very knowledgeable about the Island, it's begining, it's stories and he knows were to find the wild ponies for you. It is a 2 hour tour but he extends it to find the wild ponies for you. Also he knows the spots for great pictues and a great spot to take... More

While on Chincoteague, you must go for a boat ride with Captain Spider. He is funny, full of information and knows where all the wildlife is, especially the ponies. We saw about 35 or 40 ponies on our trip, some as close as ten feet away. He knows their names and tells stories about them. Taking this boat trip was... More

Mr spider was extremely considerate of our time and very knowledgeable about the things he showed us on our tour. He went out of his way to show us ponies and bald eagles. His boat was very comfortable.

The hostess at Miss Molly's recommended Spider to us, and I was a little apprehensive, since I did not do any Tripadvisor research before booking the trip. I was very pleasantly surprised; the trip could not have been better. While we were lucky and we saw many kinds of wildlife, including some good close ups of the ponies, we passed... More

Our family of five with teens enjoyed this wonderful tour around the islands. The fabric seats were very comfortable and were newly done we were told. My favorite photo of our trip was the one Captain Spider took of our family on the water with the lighthouse in the backdrop. Captain Spider made this trip special and stopped for us... More

We were on Spider's 10AM trip several days ago. This was the highlight of our time on Chincoteague. He was a gentleman, knowledgeable about the island, and seemed to enjoy sharing his stories. We saw the ponies on three separate occasions, osprey with hatchlings, eagles, dolphins, and other water fowl. You go around the entire island of Chincoteague. Spider only... More

We went to see the pony swim with Spider. We had an awesome view and he was great company. We went a few years ago but we would definately go with Spider the next time. We have saved his business card not something we would normally do.
