Kayak tour was awesome

So, the website states that in "99.9%" of outings you will see the ponies. We were the .1%. We came down for the pony swim and had researched that as much as we could. However, we did not know the ponies were penned a few days prior to the swim. We thought it was the day before. Therefore, if you... More

We drove done from Buffalo, NY to see the ponies were promised that Ssaturday was the best day to see the ponies before they were gathered up for the pony crossing. Before the tour, we were walking around the marina, and were told by other fishermen that the ponies were already gathered up and that we would not see anything.... More

We made reservations, but were told over the phone to look up directions online... there were no directions on the brochure, the directions online were incomplete. We were unable to find the location and were still charged the full amount for the tour (we are not disputing the charge) as we "did not cancel properly" and they themselves said that... More

Today I went out with my family and it was excellent! We saw horses and dolphins! The crew members were very informative and friendly. We are planning another trip for next year already.

The Crew members were nice and the boat ride was nice and smooth. No complaints on that end. The main reason we took this expensive trip was that everything online and the companies site recommend that this is the best way to see the ponies. In fact they state on their site that you will have 99.9% success rate in... More

We expected to kayak into the channel beside and around the horse marsh -close the wildlife preserve as the pictures show kayaks up close to the horses. We scheduled this at high tide when the water would be high/deeper and we would not have trouble going in to the horse marsh area. Even if we didn't see horses and just... More

We expected to see the ponies, if not close-up, at least within a few hundred feet. Instead we took a long boat ride around the marshes, saw some birds and did see the horses on the edge of the woods, across approximately 0.5 miles of marsh. The trip is not cheap ($43.00 per adult and $33.00 per child). We would... More

I had a great time!! We saw a lot of things, a lot of ponies. The Captain and the first mate were very nice and very helpful. They explained things we were seeing and answered all questions. I would highly recommend this cruise to anyone. It was GREAT!!

This company is bad news. Not only did I cancel my trip within the 48 hours but they billed me twice. I now have a dispute out there with my credit card company. The husband and wife (Mike and Joy) are a team. Joy said I didn't need a cancellation number as nothing had been charged to my card but... More
