Three generations of our family enjoyed this fantastic cruise. Our grand daughters are crazy about horses and our captain went out of his way to make sure that we found the wild ponies. We were able to get within yards of one of the herds. Our captain was very informative and definitely knew the history of the island and the... More

My husband and I, along with our two teenage daughters, and one of their friends booked the boat tour for Saturday at 1:00p.m. We got stuck in traffic, and were late getting there for the tour. It wasn't a problem at all, and we had the full two hours. What a fantastic tour with Captain Sally. She was so informative,... More

First: Daisy's bought out Island Cruises. My other review says that Island Cruises is closed. So I am reposting this under Daisey's. We knew nothing about this company and booked on a whim. Not sure what to expect, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of our boat tour. We spoke and met with Captain Carlton but we had another... More

Two days ago we were lucky enough to have Captain Bill take us out on his pontoon boat for a tour of the island. We have elderly parents and we thought this would be a great tour since they didn't have to walk. Well low and behold, we all ended up having the best day in Chincoteague because of our... More

We had the perfect day on the water with Capt. Tom. A restful but fun ride; great views of a bald eagle, LOTS of ponies, shore birds & dolphin; and a terrific overview of the island's geography & history (especially about the ponies). You won't be disappointed with this teriffic & friendly tour!

Daisey's was recommended to us by another guest at the Lighthouse Inn. I called late on Saturday night (after 8pm) and received a call back that same night. We were able to book a 10am boat tour for the next day on a pontoon boat with Captain Fred. Fred is a local guy and knows all about the area. personable,... More

We took a sunset cruise with Capt. Nate. Could not have asked for a better captain or cruise. He asked what we most wanted to see and we started there. Ponies, dolphins, eagles, sea birds...... If you only have a short time to visit, this is a must do! Take your camera to bring home all the memories!

I had family in town and wanted them to experience everything that our Island had to offer. This sunset cruise was the highlight of their visit as well as mine. We saw dolphins, osprey, ponies and we had a great history lesson on Chincoteague and Assateague Island. This is a must do on your next vacation or even on your... More

My girlfriend and I spent this past weekend on Chingoteague Island, VA. Prior to our trip, we looked up various boat tours that would put us close to the ponies. Daisey's was one such boat tour company that had excellent reviews. When we arrived, we were very pleasantly surprised when the reviews closely mirrored reality. Our 2-hour boat cruise was... More

We had a wonderful tour. My daughter and I had made many attempts to see the ponies close up but were unable to until we took this tour. We also saw dolphins who swam along beside us. I would recommend this to anyone. I suggest you take the tour when you first arrive.
