Would I go there again. NO. I'm from New England/NC, so I'm familiar with Dave & Busters and Fankies. Jullians was 5 steps below them, they definetly need a major upgrade. Very limited games and not only that, our card after being loaded did not work on 3 different games. After the 3rd attempt we gave up and asked for... More

I was told over the phone that this facility was like Dave & Busters, which really is a joke, the food wasn't really good, the entertaining section wasn't that great either. But what really got us upset was, that we all ordered food items with game cards. The waitress never told us that the games would stop at 9 pm... More

Jillian's is a fun place for kids. They have some machines that even adults might enjoy. One the other side, some of the machines do not work, poor condition. It does not look like a very clean place.

I took my 7, and 13 year old to Jillian's and they really enjoyed themselves. It's kind of like a mini version of Dave and Buster's. The price of games isn't too bad. We didn't eat there so I can't say anything in regard to the quality of food. They charge an activation fee on the initial purchase of the... More

Since this venue relocated to Chesapeake the quality of the game atomsphere has taken a deep plunge!! This facility was first located in Norfolk (Waterside) and it was THE PLACE TO GO - date night, family night or just to hit the bar scene. But now, it is just blah. The food is ok nothing to really boast about. The... More

My husband and I took our 5 kids (ages 12, 10, two 7 year olds and 3.5) to Jillian's for some action during our trip to VA Beach and as always, we weren't disappointed! Our kids loved the games and winning tickets to trade for prizes and my husband and I were able to enjoy a drink while they played.... More

60% of the games were broken, not to mention this location is very small. It's more like an arcade then a Jillian's. I purchased a Groupon ($19 for $40 of game play) I wish I could have gotten my money back. We won 216 tickets, I gave my tickets to a little girl because even the prizes sucked at this... More

We took our 3 grand kids (7,10,12) to Jillian's. Never again! The food is barely eatable and it is dirty. You have to have a ton of money to waste and the noise is off the scales! I'm sure this place really appeals to the little ones. They do have a blast. But it is even frustrating to them with the... More

Jillian's is fine but nothing special. My kids, especially my 9 yr old boy, enjoy it a lot. They have good specials in the summer where you can eat and get a game card for a certain price. Other than that, it's rather over priced, as are most arcades.

My husband took me there on a night out and, although we did not eat, it was an amazing time! Getting in, the games, the atmosphere, all was wonderful! Now that we are stationed back in Norfolk I hope to go again and then I will be able to update with a little better and more recent review. As of... More
