if you like level greens, look elsewhere. This gem rolls through piedmont country with lots of elevation changes, water hazards and risk reward dog legs. Not the longest course, but nearly every hole is a delight for the eyes and a challenge to your game. More

This has become a damn difficult track. Greens are Augusta slick and the roughs demand a wedge or so just to get out of--so don't get in them. The fees are too high for the layout--it is a good golf course, but not a great one. More
