I love, love, love the VA wineries. My husband & I found this place while house hunting this past Saturday. Their tasting room is quaint with a gorgeous view. There are at least 4 different areas you can sit & enjoy your wine between the tasting room & various level decks. The parking was very minimal & we almost left... More

17 friends gathered outside on a beautiful day and enjoyed the live music, good wines and great views. Tastings $7, reasonably price wines and ohhhhhhhh so good sangria, lots of cinnamon! May have to walk a little, some parking at building and some down below.

We never go to a winery a second time because there are so many great wineries in Virginia but we made an exception for this one. The wine is good but the view from their decks is beautiful. We did a wine tasting and the last one was a wine slushy. We got some sausage and crackers and a couple... More

Spent a lovely afternoon on the deck with wine, cheese and crackers. Live music was a plus. The view over the Shenandoah valley was quite lovely. The wine tasting was reasonable priced and they have several wines worth taking home as well as drinking on one of their decks.

When we go to wineries we just taste and go. But here we had to buy a bottle and sit on the deck (which there are at least 3) and take in the wonderful view. Since the tree had not gotten their leaves yet we could see forever....Also, the Chardonnay is good!

Twin Oaks is a tucked away place, but once you get on the patio deck it has a truly breathe view. I am looking forward to come back in July at dusk. I heard that they have wonderful sunsets. The service was great and knowledgeable. I learned a lot about wine and the story about the place and how it... More

Twin Oaks in a small winery in a lovely setting with a wonderful view looking west over the Shenandoah valley. With the gentle giant Saint Bernard welcoming you and perhaps some good bluegrass music, you settle in on a cold day and enjoy the wine and warmth or if the weather is better you can sit outside and enjoy the... I was extremely disappointed in this winery. It has so much potential since the place is nice with great views. There was an older crowd here. I don't think my boyfriend and I liked one wine on the tasting list. The service was very poor and no explanations were given when sampling the wines. I like to learn about the... More

Let me be the first to say that typically wine tasting is usually done with just my husband and I, however, we were heading back from Great Country Farms (family outing) and stumbled acorss this winery when we were driving home. I ran in to see if we could get a bottle of wine to share, while my husband waited... More

Six of us went to the winery after River Tubing at Watermelon Park. We paid $5 each to taste six wines. If you wanted to take your glass home, it was an additional $5. The Chardonnay, Cabernet and Blend were very good. The Raspberry to tart for my liking and the Peach to mild in flavor. The Norton was did... More
