If you like old architecture, this is a place to visit. The old courthouse is a place to see. There is many antiques shops... More

This is a small town with interesting shops. There is free parking and everything is within walking distance. I spend a couple of hours there every time I am in the area.

After reading some reviews we wanted to stop and take a look. Cute but was not worth getting out of the car for. There was not much to see or do.

Love the feel that you have stepped back in time. I just wish they had more stores with current merchandise, like gift shops with local items and clothing stores and not so many antique stores.

Welcoming and lovely, I felt at home when folks stopped to chat. The quaint buildings gave me a lost-in-time sense which was perfect for my visit.

Historic Centertown Bedford has many antique shops and small locally owned restaurants. The shops are wonderful to browse through & the variety of restaurants should please all visitors. On Tuesdays from 3:00 - 7:00 pm the town hosts "Tasty Tuesday" - local vendors sell homemade cakes, breads, chocolate snacks, homemade ice creams, fresh produce & homemade jams & jellies. The...
