Very friendly staff and beautiful view. The store has so many local items to purchase, peaches, apples, applebutter etc. They have a great festival in October

2-mile loop to the farm was easy and interesting, with wild-life seen along the way. The farm was educational -- without seeming educational.

The property is well maintained the small buildings are cool and you can even feed the animals. But after you enter the building to taste the wine it all goes down hill. The girl said you taste 3 for free or all for 5.00. We went with the all choice and recived a class to keep. The people that said 3... More

Tasted 20 very different fruit wine varieties for $5. Truly a unique experience. Had a wine shot with cheese whiz that needed to be licked off my hand and it tasted like pepperjack. Also tried kiss the devil...extremely spicy. I would recommend this winery for creative chefs not wine coinersours. We bought a bottle of pumpkin wine that we are... More

It's a winery with wines made from fruits grown on the property. Some very nice wines, most unusual. It's very rustic and has great wine tasting particularly on the weekends. They have barns with animals you are free to visit and a farmhouse you can rent. (A great summer getaway). I would recomend a quick stop if you love wine... More

If you're an expert on wines this is definitely not the place for you. This winery has the most outrages wines I've ever had the pleasure of tasting. They had the Chocolate Cherry Wine, Blueberry Muffin Wine, Blue Ridge Mountain Dew Wine, and the Light Pear Wine. They had a wine that tasted like a Margarita, another that tasted like... More

We were looking for a winery and this was one of the few that were open during the week. It was a wonderful environment. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgable about their wines. This is a place for families including those with children. Their friendly atmosphere was most appealing and we recommend this for all types of wine drinkers.... More

Please don't be fooled by the name. We were traveling on the Blue Ridge parkway and saw the "Peaks of Otter" wine in the gift store. We decided to explore the winery which proved to be a total waste of time. This place is not a winery but rather an apple orchard with a few lines of grapes to show... More
