Harpoon Brewery turned out to be an unexpected very good surprise side trip during a weekend wedding event. My husband, a friend and I enjoyed the hour-long tour and tasting. Knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff invited us to not only tour the plant with a guide, but also taste and or "smell" the ingredients in beer. Although not a fan of... More

We went for lunch with my teen age daughters. Harpoon has a great restaurant that serves excellent pub food, burgers sandwiches and the like. Exceptional onion rings and french fries. They also have about 15 to 20 beers on tap. They had Bacon Beer on tap. It was interesting, but not my favorite. I tried a few and my favorite... More

Went there for lunch. There were a total of 6 people, service was fast, food was good and the beer was cold and tasty.

We grabbed lunch on our way up to northern VT. Food was good and atmosphere was even better. A bit of a wait, but overall worth it.

Set some time aside when you go to explore the grounds and sample the delicious draught offerings. The food is great too! There is now a cheese store and a distillery on site too...it's like one stop shopping!

Harpoon IPA is probably my favorite beer of all time. They also serve an intriguing shandy and a crisp, delicious cider. The pulled pork nachos were excellent. Tangy pork, crisp corn chips. I passed on the cheese and didn't miss it. If you're lucky enough to go in the lovely Vermont summer, sit outside at the picnic tables or around... More

What a great place! We won a trip to Harpoon for their annual BBQ championships complete with hotel stay and beer tickets. The tour was great, the Beer University classes were fun (with lots of sampling), and the food was amazing. They weren't filling growlers that weekend because of the big event, so that was a bummer. A nice, clean... More

After waiting 30 minutes for our lunch it came out cold. It seems like they waited for the onion rings and let the rest sit. This happened at the table next to us also. Read other reviews and you will see similar issues. If they read this you would think they would have someone in the kitchen who knew food... More

We had a great time here - friendly knowledge staff. The tour and tour guides were great - knowledgeable and fun. Great tasting beers and really good food. We would definitely go back again.

The Harpoon Brewery in Windsor, VT offers tours of their operation for $5 that includes a small souvenir glass and tastings of their offerings. Better yet, they have a galley and taproom that serves good food and a variety of outstanding, fresh beer that was brewed right there. They have an outdoor fire pit and an indoor fireplace to warm...
