The setting is beautiful, the monks are welcoming and hospitable and the liturgies and music are food for my soul.

We stopped at the Priory and enjoyed walking the grounds. A lovely pond surrounded by apple trees, and comfortable adirondack chairs had a calming quiet effect. The large garden was brimming with vegetables and the the grounds are well tended and beautiful. Perfect to gather your thoughts and just enjoy nature!

A calm, meaningful experience. It's obvious that people are using the Eucharist times as a replacement for mass commitment. We found it to be more meaningful than the church we attend. More singing and even a piece with body movements.

This is the most peaceful place I've been. Can spend forever at the lake. I not only feel lucky to have found the Priory but it was on a most gorgeous day. The gift shop too is absolutely outstanding, downstairs and upstairs. I loved it. I will never come back to this part of Vermont without planning a trip to... More

This is the place to go if you want to have serenity and solitude. The chairs under the tree in front of a little lake allow you to remunerate about life - where you are and where you are headed. It is a wonderful place to give thanks for this wonderful life. The Benedictine brothers were on retreat so we... More

I never get tired of the Priory. I have been going up there since I was a little boy and now my wife and I are bringing my almost 3 year old daughter. The sense of peace and serenity that comes over you when you are on the priory grounds is a beautiful thing. If you go to the sunday... More

Come away feeling like you are walking on a cloud. Immersed in the celebrations, you become part of the entire groups of Brothers - one body in Christ. The experiences were like no others experienced in any diocesan churches throughout the East Coast states and not even in Juneau AK. One caution ... arrive at least one hour prior to... More

This is one of the best reflective services with the brothers that I enjoy going back to time and again. Open air during summer. Guitar. Very relaxed
