went on a ski lift ride (in the summer) and wasn't expecting it to be so awesome! the lift goes up a long way, nice comfortable seats. the lift operator was very patient and helpful especially since there were several of us which included little children and elderly. At the top of the lift, the views were breathtaking. I can... More

I went here with my family we stayed at the resort at the mountain which I suggest because you can ski right to the hotel when you're finished, they even have their own ski/snowboard check in so you don't have to worry about it getting stolen or bringing it to your room. Their is a 5 person speed lift with... More

After 20 years and a ton of positive reviews I've come to find that it's all about selling lift tickets at this point. Yes, they make great snow, yes the boarders are having a blast, but, unless your there during the week it's way to crowded. I also feel that they have taken the value out of the season pass.... More

There are plenty of things to do besides skiing. They have tubing, snowshoeing, snowmobile, big base area, cross country skiing, plenty of places to eat. Our only complaint was they should run some buses (not all) later so people can enjoy the base area longer. There should be a better way to get to the lower parking lots, maybe add... More

I snowboarded at mount snow mid week in early march. It was pretty great. Obviously midweek there were no lines which is ideal. Once at the summit you have so many options to get down and even if you read a map wrong there's a lift in what seems like the middle of nowhere to take you somewhere else. I... More

Came during an off week in February. The temperature was very cold - in the single digits and teens. Fortunately they have a fully covered high-speed lift that makes going up almost enjoyable despite the arctic temperatures. Normally during this type of cold and windy weather I'd have to take a break from time to time to warm up but... More

We've been coming to Mount Snow for more than 30 years. Before we had kids and were single couples enjoying weekend get-aways, when our kids were born and growing up, and now as a retired couple, this is a resort that appeals to the interests of all generations. They work hard to offer a high quality snow experience in the... More

I am an intermediate skier at best, and have been to Mount Snow 3 times now. I have come to really enjoy it. I stick to blue runs at most, with an occasional black, and it is so nice not to have to constantly study a trail map and plan your route to avoid getting into trouble. On this particular... More

Let me just preface this by saying I am returning to skiing after a 15 year hiatus. We had gone to the Catskills 3 weeks earlier and had a fabulous time and decided to come to Mt Snow because this is where DH used to come as a teenager with his family. We came on Sunday and skied Mon/Tues/Wed to... More
