We stopped on a really wet, windy and cold day....rain was just pouring down. However one look at the face of kids faces visiting made it all worth while - could see they were in heaven! Not really a place that I'd advise lone adults (40+) to visit - can only look at ice cream scoops over the years for... More

This place was phenomenal. The tour was well worth the teeny tiny amount it actually cost to get in (around $4 for an adult and I think kids were free). You even get a free cup of ice cream at the end! The whole place is decked out in colorful, fun and funky cow and ice cream themed artwork. There... More

WE stopped here to tour but the wait was over an hour and the factory was not producing on Saturday. Would have been great if we had gone on a weekday.

This is definitely worth seeing if in the area. I would not drive here just for this. Our tour guide was very informative but had some dry humor. For $4 it is definitely worth it to do. The ice cream we tried was very good!

Went to Ben And Jerry's for a tour today. Watched a 7 minute movie about the history and present day history of the company. Then over to the viewing deck to watch the production of cherry Garcia ice cream. They can make over 400000 pints a day!!! Then down stairs for the tasting. Bob was our tour guy and very... More

If you love ice cream, you simply must come here and take the tour. Yeah, they charge for the tour. Yeah, you're not getting much of a break on the price of ice cream at the shop, like me did at the creamery in Texas we visited in September. BUT this is Ben & Jerry's, and even though Ben &... More

The ice cream is good but over priced. The tour is non informative and over priced. It basically tells how a couple of college guys got rich from a good marketing program. The tour is very vague and you really can't see what the 6 factory workers who produce millions of highly priced pints of ice cream are doing. The... More

The tour was short, but informative, consisting of a historical film about Ben and Jerry's rise and a viewing of the manufacturing plant. The tour finished with a good sized tasting of a factory only flavour. We also paid a visit to the comical flavour graveyard.

The tour of this ice cream factory is a "must-do" when visiting this part of Vermont. It's entertaining and informative. Tasty sample given at the end of the tour.
