Went this weekend during fall foliage, BUT, it snowed so mountain covered in snow - incredible gondola ride and view - the good! The food at the lodge was the worst we have ever had; $96 for two bowls of clam chowder (the nastiest stuff ever, canned clam chowder is better), a cheese board that had a spoon of ricotta... More

Great place to take a gondola ride and beautiful summit views. Many trails at top if don't want to hike up but still get some exercise. Waterfall only visible after rain storm.

Only went on the Gondola there, great views. Not enough places to eat at top of mountain, though. View was pretty terrific! Loved the ride up. Got to enjoy the ride by myself

We took the gondola to the top of the mountain. It was a fun ride and we enjoyed walking around at the top and watching the zip liners. Unfortunately we went late in the day and the restaurant at the top was closed.

we enjoyed our visit to the area. Restaurants were excellent. Busy season in the summer. Most restaurants gave us choice of inside or outside seating.

Great place to ski or ride a snowboard. The conditions are always good and there is always plenty of snow. The variety of terrain offers beginners and expert a great day on the slopes.

Vermont is amazing - I would move there in a heartbeat! Love how snow was still on tops of mountains.

Even in the summertime, Stowe Mountain is a beautiful sight. The gondola ride up the 5,000 ft mountain is scenic and great for taking pictures. The top of the mountain is a perfect place to take pictures and you feel like you are on top of the world. The Cliff House at the top of the mountain has very good... More
