It just so happened there was tons on snow and alot of powder. Every run was excellent and during the midweek it was empty. As a snowboard, a considerable section of the mountain at Spruce peak is more adapted to skiers. Spent most of my time around the skate park. The lodges across the street from Spruce camp base lodge... More

This is a quality mountain with excellent facilities, conditions, and amenities. Lodge food is served on real china - and waitstaff bus the tables. There's granite in the bathrooms. Even though we were there in early April (for the famed Sugar Slalom) and it might as well have been January due to the unseasonably cold temps and wind, conditions were... More

Lots of options for us! My husband and son skied the steeps and the trees, I was able to ski near by and meet up easily. The views were amazing. Friendly staff and locals.

I skied Stowe in February when the temp was 20 degrees below zero and a wind chill of 35 below. The gondola was our saving grace. Stowe have a large variety of trails for skiers of all levels. It is spread out with a number of lifts. The runs were in good condition for the weather. They have a number... More

I have been to Stowe a few times during my ridin' tenure and it really still impresses. The mountain is always well groomed and so many new facilities since my last trip. they are adding to the resort side as well as the restaurant offerings keep to be increasing in option. A great Mountain for any kind of trip, couple,... More

Skied here last week with the kids and loved it! There are loads of runs, the lifts are pretty quick (well the 3 man and 2 man are kinda' slow). I was with kids aged 8, 10, 13, 15 all good skiers and a few excellent ones. There were lots of runs to suit all capabilities including quite a lot... More

Glad I was there on business - would hate having to pay the regular lift ticket prices - but guess that is true at any ski resort these days...

Great skiing and riding, something for everyone. I never, ever get bored with the terrain at Stowe. On the Mt. Mansfield side there are plenty of steep trails like the famous “front four” if you are looking for a challenge. The upper sections of Goat and Starr are pretty wild! If you like moguls, you are in luck, there are... More

Stowe is simply the best. The terrain is both challenging and beautiful. The snow was awesome. We based in the Old Mansfield lodge. Real old school feel. Right across the street the facilities at Spruce peak are world class.
