$108 to ski for one day??? And almost none of the trails were groomed. We won't do that again. For a well-known ski resort, we were incredibly disappointed.

We were in a big family vacation, all levels of Ski. Really no problem, it suited all our needs. The place is beautiful. And the town of Stowe is a picture perfect Vermont place.

Lines at the lifts went quickly. Food was overpriced, kinda felt like they were gouging for the quality of food served which was average.

Excellent ski resort with outstanding ski instructors. Newish ski equipment rental. Lodge food OK. Just remember...skiing on the East Coast is not the same as on the West Coast or Europe. Definitely colder!!!

I have been going to stowe mountain since I was about 6. I learned to ski there with an instructor that my sister and I still talk about 15-20 years later and I took trips during college there. I love the mountain! The trails are great and offer a good variety of levels. They usually groom them well. The lift... More

If I had my choice to goto any NE-US mountain, it would be Stowe. The vibe is great. The trails are well taken care of. The staff is friendly and it's a good mixture of people. You dont get an overwhelming majority of families nor do you get too many young kids partying hard.

From our 7 year old to our nearly 70 year old there was something for all of us. Great skiing experiences.

New England skiing is hit or miss. Last weekend at Stowe was awesome. 2 days after Christmas and the lines were short. Well groomed for what they had to work with. Staff is always friendly.

I recently spent 3 days skiing Stowe with my husband over the holidays. The Pros are the people (who are always so helpful and friendly), the mountains (beautiful and great trails with varied terrain), and the infrastructure (the lodges, ski school, and lifts are nice and up to date with some newer technology). The Cons are mainly involving crowd control... More

I've been coming to Stowe for the last 15 years and experience some of the ebbs and flows of a growing resort. I must say this year continues the trend of seeing all the improvements going to the Mountain-side spruce resort and not to Mt. Mansfield, the Toll House, nor struggling businesses on Mountain Rd. Looks like they don't want... More
