Great for a quiet walk along the river and a great way to see the area. It is well worth the time to enjoy it.

If you like to walk this is a great path. Very level and nicely paved, also very scenic. Just watch out for the cyclists - there seem to be a lot of them.

Loved this as it winds through remote areas, along a beautiful brook and then emerges occasionally back to the town's restaurants and businesses. Highly recommend for a nice morning walk

Across from sign for corn maze on 108 is the entrance to a great parking area, picnic tables and walking, biking, skating path. Nothing challenging, just pleasant. Out house 15 min into walkl.

The rec. path was easy to find, behind the big white Community Church on main street. I liked the natural countryside views, the walking bridges, the path winds around but doesn't get too difficult with hills..nice and flat mostly for easy biking!

The path goes along the city but on the nature side, with multiple entry points to get back to city or hotels. It's an easy walk to do and discover the place

If you like walking, roller blading or biking, then you'll need to try this out. We've visited Stowe for over 25 years now and used the recreation path a number of times, first while my kids were young and now that they are grown. It's well paved and has beautiful views along the way. If you wish to rent bikes... More
