Spruce Peak is across the road from Mt. Mansfield and not as difficult. We skied on hard snow, but well groomed and very easy skiing. Some of the slopes were closed as it was the end of the season.

We wanted to go to the top of Spruce peak. Had to go up a chair lift and ski down to another chairlift to get to top. After looking at the ski map....had to get to crossover trail to get to the lodge. No matter which crossover we chose we had to take our skis off and hike up a...

Perfect for beginner/novice snowboarders. All the lift operators were friendly and helpful with big smiles. Easy access to the slopes, locker rooms, cafe, etc. Incredible views from everywhere.
We just returned from Spruce Peak and loved it! The staff at the service desks (for booking your tickets, etc.) were exceptional and gave us lots of good tips. Our young daughter took ski lessons one day for $150 and it was worth every penny. We dropped her off at 9:00 and picked her up at 3:15, which includes all...

Spruce Peak has gone through many changes over the year but it now the center of a gorgeous complex of skiing, condos, hotel, restaurants, and shops ..a beautiful place to visit and ski at!
Wonderful, helpful instructors. My kids were in ski school and enjoyed every minute of it. Can;t wait to come back next year
If only they'd open more trails on "Big Spruce" I'd be happier. Great intermediate terrain, some challenging parts, but not enough variety.

Chair lift up is nice, trip on slide is quick. We took our own picnic. There are passes to buy which...

First off, I loved this slide when I was a kid and it hasn't really changed since, except for the prices. I thought the prices were ridiculously expensive. 1 ride is $20 almost and if you're stuck behind someone who is slow or doesn't know what they are doing, you just wasted your money. The all day pass is expensive...
