I came here with some friends with a bit of skepticism because I've only associated the beer with a bunch of tree huggin hippies. Well I was miss informed and I left with a better understanding of the company. I highly recommend a visit to this location because you can self guide or have a tour of the location (we... More

The week day we went it was very quiet -as in only a couple of people there. On the days they don't do tours there is a self-guided tour with a movie which was fine. You get 4 samples to try. The bartenders were very friendly. They have a nice little store there where you can buy beer, t-shirts, glasses... More

After first going to Fiddlehead brewery we stopped at Magic Hat on the way back to Burlington. There was a big bar area to sample their IPAs, lagers and stout. Although lots of fun chatting with staff, fellow tasters and going on the self- guided tour, we felt Fiddlehead trumped Magic Hat's IPAs!! Sorry guys!!!!!

Was excited to go there because i had seen Magic Hat on a list of best micro-breweries in the country. The brewery was a nice setup with a store and a big tasting bar. Nice people and they give you a small glass to be used for getting samples of 4 different beers. Select the beers you want and they... More

This is a great stop in Burlington. The tour and samples are free (although I suggest tipping the bartenders because they are extremely friendly and willing to chat about beer all day). I learned a lot about not only their business but Burlington, as well.

Just off Rt 7 south of Burlington. You can go for tastings (plenty to choose from), logoed stuff (plenty to choose from) or for a little history lesson in beer making. Staff are friendly and helpful. Leave your shades in the car. It's dark inside.

Awesome tasting bar with a very laid back cool vibe. The guys at the bar were very friendly and knowledgeable. The place is also pet friendly! This was a huge plus since we were traveling through with a pup. Decent prices too, we ended up going home with a growler (32oz) of Feast of Fools for only 10USD to fill... More

Another great activity to do during a rainy Vermont day. With free admission and tastings, this is definitely a cool stop to visit. We did the self-guided tour which takes you backstage of the brewing process and a Magic Hat museum of their eclectic art work. This is definitely worth the visit.

The Artifactory does a good job at welcoming visitors with a unique and interesting setup. Magic Hat beers are generally pretty delicious to me, but from the tap they're even better! The tour was a little lacking, kind of a waste of time; I would go here primarily "just to say I did" and drink good beers!

What a delightfully quirky place! It's a working brewery which you get to see on the free tour and just so arty and community centred. We loved our wee tour even though production was just ending for the day, the fun animated video was fantastic. Al staff members are friendly and proud to work there and the bar staff are... More
