Beautifully formed glass creations and the clever banter of the artist/ owner (a former New Jersey guy) make this shop a great place to visit. We plan to visit again to take a class!

We did the 2 hour class on our honeymoon and made 4 pieces each. We love our pieces and it was great experience and I would recommend it to anyone. You do have to work fast and safely ... come on it is Hot glass! Be prepared to be teased a little, follow orders and you will end up with... More

We were looking for something to do in Manchester, other than shopping. I hit upon this place, and immediately mapped out the location. Glad we went. Not only did we see some pretty awesome glass pieces, but the biggest treat of all, was getting to watch a class of 5 youngsters making their own glass pieces. Each piece was different... More

This was such a fantastic, fun, educational, and mind "blowing" experience! The owner is as kind, humorous, and informative as it gets. My wife and I have never done anything like this before and when we walked out we both said to each other "that was awesome"! Thanks for the bowl, carafe, and one hell of a time! Everyone should... We "booked" an appointment for our kids. Confirmed the date/time twice with the owner. We showed up 10 minutes early to discover he had double booked. He expected us to wait an hour for the other appointment to finish. If not, he said we would have to surrender our deposit. Then we "let us go" and said he would not... More

Took a class with Andrew with my 12 year old son as part of a Christmas trip, a few years ago. It was fantastic. Andrew is clearly a master of his craft but he was also a great teacher for both me and my son. We got a good sense of the art and made some beautiful items which we... More

Andrew and Al were great. You have to get past Andrew's very direct and forward personality. Andrew is extremely safety conscious. His job is is quite difficult, he has to take complete novices and teach them how to do something that is potentially dangerous while ensuring that the customer has an enjoyable experience without injury or mishap. To accomplish this Andrew... Glass blowing was so interesting! With the help of the owner and assistant you can make a really beautiful glass item: bowl, vase, or carafe. You choose the type of piece you want to make, then the specific colors and style. After this, you are helped through the entire process and end up with a really beautiful piece (which you... More
