My last review was in September, 2014 when I gave the resort 4 stars. After experiencing our first full ski season at Okemo Mountain Rsort I am enthusiastically raising my rating to 5 stars. This has been an epic year for skiing. My wife and I have never skied on such great powder anywhere before - including out west and... More

This is a very well run operation. Every step was seamless, from lift ticket purchase to rentals to lockers. There are so many trails and if you desire, you can cross over to Jackson Gore and have lunch at the Jackson Gore Inn. What a lovely place! The food is farm to table. They not only have a cozy bar... I will admit that I haven't been skiing in very many places, but this was by far the best skiing location I have tried yet. We came with our family for a 2-day skiing getaway. We did the "mid-week" special (Sunday night - Monday night). GREAT snow and the slopes were wide open - we didn't wait in a single... More

Okemo is one of, if not the best, Mountain in the East to ski. The sheer size of the mountain, and variety of trails makes it perfect for all levels of skiers or snowboarders. You can get to the summit, and take a nice strolling relatively flat Green trail down, or go for the the extreme double black diamond trails.... More

What makes a good family mountain? Varied terrain. Lift options. Excellent grooming. And, most of all, good people. Our family of 5 (kids aged 8,10 &12) skied 2 holiday weekends at Okemo this winter. Despite a few days of some nasty temperatures, the staff at the lifts, ski school, and the lodges were steadfastly cheery and professional. Our fellow skiers... More

We have been skiing here for many years now. Great mountain to bring your family. Great beginner trails and intermediate trails. A few expert trails, but not that difficult. The resort is always kept in excellent condition and the staff friendly. Ski school is very good for families with younger kids

The below normal temps kept the crowds down for a normally busy holiday weekend. We stuck it out and had a great time. The lift lines moved quickly, trails were well maintained, well marked. The grandchildren loved the long trails, more time skiing than time on the lifts. Shuttle service was fantastic and free. We stayed in town but didn't... More

My family and I recently spent the day at Okemo Mountain. It was on one of the coldest days of the year but we had an wonderful time. The mountain caters to all levels of skiing. My young adult sons had a great and challenging time on the harder trails while my husband and I skiied top to bottom on... More

My son and I spent 3 days skiing at Okemo. Conditions were great all over. It helped that we got 4 inches of new snow across Saturday and Sunday. Two of the days the temp was below zero with lots of wind -- On those days we really appreciated the bubble cover on the Sunburst Six. (http://www.okemo.com/mountain-info/orange-is-whats-new/) It was supposed... More
