The ArborTrek zip-line was definitely the highlight of our trip. Everyone in the family loved it! It was such an adrenaline rush. Our guides Kevin and Brendan were excellent. They were super nice and very professional. It was obvious that they were well trained and loved their job. We can't wait to visit again. Thanks guys!

My children are 15 and 19 and had really looked forward to the adventure. They chose all three; total package of activities and had a blast. They said that the guides were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They were gone 9-4:30 and the weather cooperated. Of course they liked the 900+ foot zipline the best, but enjoyed it all.

My husband and I did the zip line & had a blast. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a thrill. Instructors Kevin & Brendon were great. They made the experience more fun, we're very professional and safety conscious.

We stayed at Smuggler's Notch. We called up and easily booked four of us for a zip line tour. The process was simple and were then able to go online and fill out the remaining "paperwork". All very efficient. Arriving at the Arbortrek office, we were escorted to the "gear room" to get our harnesses etc. After that, we did... More

I came here with my husband and another couple and had the BEST time! Kate was very accommodating with our last minute request. Once we arrived, we were properly educated on everything we need to know. Our guides, Chris and Sam, were magical. They were extremely experienced and very personable. We cannot wait to come back! A+ overall

We had such an awesome time on our zipline tour! I've zipped before, but my husband hadn't. In the past, I've gotten stuck on a line and had to work my way back in to move my own carabiner- very scary! My husband was over the weight limit and he's a big dude, so he knew he'd be humming down... More

Not high enough to be thrilling, but definitely lots of fun. The guides are knowledgeable and they make you feel comfortable. I'd go back.

Our 10 and 14 year old grandkids came with us on the zipline tour. Sam and Danny were great with our group of six. They knew how to make us feel safe and confident. Our ages ranged from 10 to 60 and it was fun for all. What a great introduction to ziplining. Would love to do it again.

Josh and Jack were the best tour guides! Even though it rained the whole time we stayed pretty dry and barely noticed it we were having so much fun. We did the whole day package but the high ropes course got rained out and they gave us a rain check for later in our vacation! Cannot say enough great things!... More
