Our family spent 3 nights here and enjoyed our time in the park. Our site (1A) was quite large and a quick walk to the bathrooms, however, we did not have a view of the lake as I had hoped. Unless you're in a lean-to, I do not think there are any lake view sites. Also, there are NO hook-ups... More

Quiet camping with a lot of privacy and space between sites. The beach is at walking distance. Wi-Fi spot available. Showers could be cleaner and our first shower was cold as ice but it was ok the next day.

Love to camp here , very clean & friendly. My favorite park. Love to take my grandkids here, they have plenty of activities for the kids to do. The best part is just relaxing next to the camp fire !

A great place to camp, right on the water, and cabins and campgrounds. What a fun place. I did not get to camp but I spent the day with friends and went paddleboarding. It was a very nice place, the staff was extremely friendly.

This camp ground has wonderful sites overlooking Lake Champlain. The campground has clean bathrooms, hot showers, firewood and nice employees. The best about this campground is the cycling. Park and get on your bike! Many loops go right from this campground. Lovely area and scenery. Also you can find road side places for food!

My wife and I stayed here during our first visit to Lake Champlain. The park is a great location on South Hero Island and a short drive down to Burlington. It's a great launching point for many adventures. The staff was friendly and our campsite was great.

Very clean and well maintained. Many good sites for camping, including cabins and lean tos with gorgeous lake views. Staff was very helpful in pointing out local hikes and things to do. Weather was horrible - 5 straight days of rain - but Burlington is 30 minutes away, so we had a place for bad weather activities.

Lots of space, right on the lake, and nice campsights. As far as state parks go, this is up there with the best! It's usually pretty full, so book a spot early.

A really great 'get away from it all' spot. There are many campsites so worth taking some time to pick a spot. We chose a lean to with a great view of the lake however there is a small, rocky beach with a nice grassy area that everyone can access. Bathrooms were spotless; a hot shower cost 50 cents. Note...
