Amazing in mid to late season. A classic. Great fast new lift. Sadly changing for the worse.

Wait for the season to develop unless they really expand their snow making. It will be well worth the wait. We go in March and it's always great. The snow making is weak in the... read more

Had a great time in Burke hitting the gravity fed trails. Well groomed and well maintained with new additions. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would recommend this to everyone who wants to try downhill biking.

We come up at least once a year. there is a great observation tower at the summit. You can drive up in the summer which is nice for a few bucks. It has always been pretty quiet when we've gone up. There are some trails for mountain bikers which was fun too watch.

What a setting. From driving up the toll road and feeling like you are on top of the road, to sitting outside on the patio and watching mountain bikers come down these crazy (well in my opinion) trails, it's quite the scene and leaves quite the impression. We will be back for sure! Can't wait to see the Hotel -... More

I was there in June for the IDF downhill skateboarding World Cup. My trip really was quite difficult because I was from Paraguay and had two delayed flights, but just on arrival I was helped by Peter who could accommodate me and help me move up the to the campgraund by his car, I want to say that was the... Wait for the season to develop unless they really expand their snow making. It will be well worth the wait. We go in March and it's always great. The snow making is weak in the early season but when they do finally get to it and the natural snow finally comes this mountain is simply amazing. The terrain is challenging,... More

We were at Burke Mountain for a Snowboarding Event and I personally was astounded by the service and staff that work there. We left something behind and Jolene Davis went way outside her call of duty to find our lost helmets and get them back to us. She even arranged to have them hand delivered to Smugglers Notch so we... I am in total agreement with the last reviewer. My sentiments on leaving Burke were plain sad. This could be a very nice family mountain. The other reviews (albeit 5 years old) suggest it was at one time. Unfortunately, our experience was severely disappointing. We know the pitfalls of Xmas skiing on the East coast. The weather doesn't always cooperate.... More

At least half of the mountain is roped off and not skiable. Snow making equipment is only used one trail at a time, if at all. Again, for the second winter in a row, absolutely no snow making or preparing for the winter took place until 4 or 5 days before the beginning of Christmas break. Christmas break was a... More

We have skied this mountain for 25 years and LOVE it. Great family mountain but also enough for advanced skiers not to be board. It’s a smaller mounting with short lift lines - one of its best features. We’ve rented, owned and rented here. Very excited to be going back up this February. If you can rent Burkeside or Powderhorn... More
