We strolled around the campus with a graduate as a guide. There were obviously tours available since we passed several of them that appeared to be led by students. The old library building which - in our guides day - actually had stacks with books a study cubby holes was incredibly interesting to tour. Someone needs to give it a... More

Gorgeous architecture from across the span of a couple of centuries. The details on the exteriors of some of the buildings take time to look at as there are so many little things.

Beautiful campus in one of the most beautiful cities of the US. The view of the mountains, the lake as you go down, the beautiful bustling downtown -everything adds to the charm. The convention center was very nice and the dorms where I stayed was quite comfortable.

UVM is a beautiful bountiful campus of free thinkers and hard workers. Sustainability is a way of life, social justice is a priority, self care is understood. You can see the mountains and the lake depending on where on campus you are located. The fall is particularly magical when the leaves change. Speaking of magical, does it not remind you... More

Living out-of-state and having graduated from UVM more than thirty years ago, I love the opportunity to return to campus! It is a beautiful walk, whether to see the buildings and greenery, or the more distant views of Lake Champlain. Definitely worth a visit when in Burlington!

Very good quality accommodations and programs for a medium size public ivy. Also strong academics, shedding the party image, environmentally aware and great athletics.

Have a relative who works there. Got a lengthy tour of most buildings. Very picturesque. One of the few division one schools that does not have a football team.

My husband and his three siblings all attended UVM and loved it. We went on tour with my son, and our tour guide was able to engage all the parents and students with his dynamic personality and genuine love for UVM. While on the tour, random students passed by and yelled out to our group how much they loved UVM.... More

In a lovely, clean, pollution-free part of the country. The University has several buildings, nicely laid out around the town of Burlington, We were there for grandson's graduation. Lots of lawn and green areas, I have been impressed with the content of the classes which he took, the level of advisement which he received, the kinds of support which the... More

Recently, my daughter had surgery for a very serious illness at UVM medical center. The team that took care of her was wonderful. They were very professional and caring. The hospital had a wonderful system for checking in patients and then communicating with their family during the surgical process.
