We found the university campus so inviting. The architect so like we are used to - set in a beautiful New England setting, that feels warm, safe and full of history. The downtown an extra bonus - filled with lovely restaurants, shops and something always going on - not to mention an emphasis on being "green". Definitely looking forward to... More

Beautiful and historic buildings set around a lovely green campus. University store is worth a visit. Shame about the lack of convenient parking. Park downtown and ride the free bus up the hill to the main campus.

The campus is very pretty with lots of well-built, distinctive buildings. It's walking distance to the downtown shopping area and to the lake. Beautiful!

The campus at UVM is exquisite. It is what most people think of when they think of a college campus. The staff and students are warm and welcoming and the location above Lake Champlain couldn't be any better. A short stroll down the hill puts you right on Church St. with loads of interesting stores and restaurants. Spring and fall... More

We have seen all sorts of beautification projects around UVM in recent years, and the campus does look lovely. In time for parents weekend, row after row of mums and purple cabbage were planted in the most viewed-by-parents spots. The entrances to financial aid, for example, were quite attractive. Our daughter will be paying her college loans for many years,... More

Lovely walk through campus-very scenic-especially in the fall season. A great mixture of old and new architecture-pretty views of the mountains.Lots of activity.

Studeents everywhere! It was "check-in" for the student body and it seems that everyone was on the same hectic schedule.

Just dropped our son off as an incoming Freshman. Everything about UVM has been so impressive. From the beautiful campus, to its proximity to downtown Burlington and the Lake, to the organization of the University itself. Top notch!

Beautiful campus with tons of open space. Definitely worth a walk through to see the numerous majestic buildings. Close to town and about 1/2 between Church Street and the Sheraton Hotel. Numerous park benches that make for a nice place for an outside lunch.

This was a great place to visit. Enjoying visiting the bookstore with my husband and eating at their dining cafe. Very good and lots of fun to tour the campus.
