I had my rehersal dinner at the boat house in 1992 and am now looking at this as a possible place to renew vows for our 25th! It is such a beautiful spot. Sunset are a dream. Great photo spot.

While visiting my daughter in Burlington, we went on several walks along beautiful Lake Champlain. The boathouse dock was often the start point. Several times, we got "Creamee's (we call them soft serve ice cream). Maple is the popular flavor and it was delicious.

We were here in the evening. The dance lessons going on upstairs, the boaters coming in for the evening to tie up, or people like us who just wanted to sit and watch the world go by. It was a hot evening, and a great place to find the breeze to cool off and people watch.

Undoubtedly the primo location for on-the-water in Burlington. We did not eat at Splash because they really don't have much to offer that appeals to us but we did walk though and enjoy the view. It is a wonderful location in the center of all that Burlington has to offer.

We only stopped here once but we should have stopped more. We had lunch on the water and enjoyed it so much we drank beers until I don't know when. Lake monster never showed her head but I'm sure she would have if it hadn't become dark.

If for no other reason, you owe it to yourself to visit the boathouse dock on the shore of Lake Champlain in Burlington to experience a sunset. Looking over the clear waters of what some people refer to as the "6th" great lake, you will be gazing off in the distance at the peaks of the Adirondack Mountains in Western... More

There is almost always some thing going on here. You can rent water travel vehicles & explore the lake. The benches are placed so you can enjoy watching duck to seeing a sunset. I enjoy seeing the ferry crossing. Places to eat or enjoying a concert do check it out.

Originally were planning to stay two nights, but the town is so dead, decided to spend only one night and took off for Montreal. There is really not much to do here.
