Picture 10 children under 10 years old expertly playing the violin for market goers while you shop a huge selection of fresh flowers, vegetables, meats, wines, beers and other homemade drinks. Although the children aren't there every time, you are sure to enjoy the artists who do perform. This market is huge and you won't go away disappointed. Honey, homemade... More

Since it was November, the market is housed in an old municipal bldg. A few local veggies were still available which looked fantastic. The best part of the market were the local artisan food products - including great cheeses, maple syrup products, superb bread and cakes, granola made from local oats as well as cooked food from different nationalities.

This is a market that has fresh produce, cider, local cheese plus crafts, and food to enjoy. It is one of the best markets I have ever been to. All local people who are willing to talk about their products and farms. Genuine down to earth people. This is a must on a Saturday when in Burlington. City Hall Park... More

Went during the last day of the season. Many farmers, cheese, fresh vegetables, donuts, cider. Fresh and nice, price is not too bad. Great time at the Farmer's Market

This farmers market is huge compared to the one I have back home. Everyone was very nice that I spoke to. It was a very cold day when I went and some of the vendors were not there. This market is easy to access. I can only imagine how big and awesome it is during the height of the season.... More

Large selection of vendors selling local products, goods, food, and much more. Great way to support Vermont vendors and spend a few hours of sampling and browsing.

This was a very enjoyable day with my mom and sister. There were many things to look at and a good selection of things to try such as wine, bread and cheeses. A great fall activity.Worth a trip if you can get there. They do close early so plan on getting there before 2pm.

Calling this simply a farmer's market is a bit of a misnomer; at least during my October visit, there were as many crafters and artists, food vendors, etc as farmers. Regardless of what it should be call, it is a great farmers market--one of the best that I've seen. Come hungry and with friends so you can share orders all... More

Nice variety of vendors from baked goods, veggie stands, beverages and crafts. A really pleasant way to pass an hour. Refreshingly, compared to Ontario, alcoholic beverages are available too, nice and civilized.

We loved the atmosphere and whole ambiance of this market. It seems to have retained a real authentic farmers' market approach and feel. All the stall holders were selling their own produce, and the variety was wonderful. There are lots of food vending stalls, which were great. I had a cranberry & maple syrup iced drink, and some Nepalese dumplings... More
