The whole experience was amazing! We began learning immediately he gave us full control of the boat (except for when we put ourselves in danger)! The strength of the wind will make a difference but he will make it fun anyway! We would totally do it again in an instant!

We are so thankful to Gideon for showing our family an Amazing time on Lake Champlain! It was absolutely magical! I called last minute and was lucky that there was an opening...Gideon's laid back style fit our family perfectly...We all got to drive the boat and felt as if it were an experience truly of our own. My girls now... More

We had book a sunset sail with the other sailing company and cancelled it when we realized that we had booked for the wrong weekend. We were able to get on with Let's Go Sailing Vermont and we are so glad we did. We had a wonderful time cruising Lake Champlain waiting for the sun to go down. We thoroughly... More

We had a great time with Gabriel and Dean. It's a wonderfully intimate, laid back setting. The guys were friendly and explained all things sailing and lake Champlain, but were also ok to just let us sit up at the bow and watch the water slip by.

What a relaxing & beautiful way to spend time on Lake Champlain, sailing with captain Gideon. He was accommodating, very willing to take us where we wanted to go on the lake. This was a first experience for our family of 4 adults sailing on a boat this size but it will not be our last. We look forward to next... More

Having never sailed before, we wondered what we were in for! It was a really great experience, under the able and relaxed captain, Gideon. He was full of interesting information and more than happy for you to get involved in sailing the yacht. I thoroughly enjoyed my time on the tiller. Sunset over the Adironacks superb! Very reasonable. Peter and... More

We just had an extremely pleasant and romantic sailboat cruise with captain Gideon. He was all over the boat setting sail but still made the time for conversation. He knew a lot about the area and was able to answer all our questions. He also shows a real interest in his customers which is very sweet. It was a great... More

We made a spontaneous trip to Burlington, and after reading other Trip Advisor reviews, decided to forego the large, crowded cruise and book with Gideon. I called and was able to book a sunset cruise for the following day. I'm typically uneasy with boats other than something the size of a ferry, and told Gideon my concerns. Rather than making... More

We enjoyed a moonlight cruise. If you want to get out on the water without the hassle or the crowds call Gideon. As the owner & captain he treats every guest as visiting family. I highly recommend the moonlight sails.

We (I, my wife and two children aged 18 and 13 years old) decided to go out on Gideon's lovely sail boat July 30 2013. When I booked that morning he cautioned that there would likely be little or no wind to sail with according to the weather forecast but we were welcome to try. I appreciated his frankness and...
