We stopped for a short visit recently. Staff were friendly and they have accessible parking and entry for the mobility impaired. Hard to comment on the programming after only one visit, but we appreciated half or more of the exhibits. Not bad for us.

Lovely little museum, both the building and the exhibits. Beautiful view over the river and bridge and they have kept some of the old touches -- the ticket window and offices. Nice, variety of well-thought out shows.

I recently visited the BMAC with friends, during a trip to Vermont. This was my second visit, having attended the Biennial exhibit here last year. I had not given due attention to their hours, mistakenly thinking it was the night of their free admission. It was not. However, it was 20 minutes until closing time, and the attendant at the... We stumbled upon this museum by chance, and we enjoyed the museum (former train station) immensely. A charming small museum indeed!

Located in the railroad station, this museum, though small, had very delightful exhibits, as well as a children's area for creating art that could be posted on a wall.

It is a small museum, just 5-6 rooms. Nice art. A small art room for kids and adults to make their own art project. What is important - it is downtown of a very cozy and friendly town with lots of nice art shops and cafe.

Big enough to be worth the experience, small enough so you can relax and take it all in. This former train station displays art around one or two themes. The exhibits are first rate, and if you happen to be in town when they do the domino tumble.......ya gotta go. Admission is free the first Friday of the week at... More

We enjoyed our recent visit. The museum rotates exhibits every few months and it is worth stopping by if you're in the area. We liked recent relief paintings by a nyc artist and atmospheric pastels paintings of what appeared to be 30's era trains. The kids activity area was nice. Check reciprocal memberships with other museums for a potential discount.
