They have a huge selection of pottery. They have first quality and second's. They have such amazing quantity of styles, some I have never seen before. The wrap your purchase very carefully and will wrap if it's a gift. If you go to the visitors center they give you a coupon for a free gift.

Love Bennington Pottery! Visit whenever I'm in the area. Have added new colors and designs as tastes change, so something for everyone. Not your typical retail store with groomed flower beds and shaded seating outside. Check out the 2 black cats inside!

It was a Sunday so the factory was not operating, but one of their employees personalized our visit and even offered refreshments. It made for a most interesting visit, and we bought some of the beautiful pottery. Not a place children would find interesting as much as adults.

So many beautiful pieces of pottery. So many unusual color combinations. Something for everyone. You cna buy & have things sent home or to whoever. Make sure you walk around the grounde & notice the train tracks & old mill area. Look for the Moose - they are everywhere.

Love to visit this place when we travel to the Berkshires. The items are mass produced and they do have glassware from Turkey but there are some nice things to purchase. Check out their two cats - Satin and Slate - quite the attractive brother and sister. The town of Bennington is also nice to visit and have lunch. Easy... More

What a wonderful display of pottery and home accessories! If you like hand made pottery you won't be disappointed. So many styles to choose from and all made on site. A rare find these days! Behind the store you can watch the process! Don't miss this gem!

We were expecting artisan pottery. This is Henry Ford making dishes in molds. Fine if that's what you want. At least they blend their own clay.

Pottery with basic glazes in basic shapes. You won't find anything especially interesting, but simple, beautiful housewares.

Interesting if your looking for a large quantity of pottery, made by machines. We thought the pottery would be wheel thrown by artists. The pottery there is put into molds and the edges are fixed by the "potters". Again if your looking for houseware and decorations it's good, just not so great if your looking for handmade work.
