Lots of specialty stores you wouldn't expect - quilt fabric store, yarn store, doll store, holiday store, chocolate and candy store, etc. The old buildings are lovely.

I read a review above stating it was overpriced and that the staff was unfriendly. I have to question if they went to the same place we did! We have been there twice. The first time they were closed and the owner let us in and showed us around anyway. He let my kids see and pet all the animals.... More

While visiting family in the area, we visited Gardner Village with 2 preschoolers during their Halloween Witch Event. There are witch displays throughout the village and lots of great photo opps. The kids also enjoyed the pony rides. I would D love to go again for another holiday season.

We went here this year when they decorated for Halloween Pros: -family friendly, especially for children -lots of kids dressed up in costumes -plenty of neat shops, with several pretty good dessert/sweet shops -nicely decorated Cons: -location not idea--under power lines -stagnant water in the pond causing a foul smell--highly recommend owners to clean/drain the water Recommend that you visit... This used to be a mill and several homes for Archibald's wives that have been converted to cute shops surrounded by beautiful landscaping. Fun way for the ladies to spend an afternoon. They really go all out for holidays decorating the village and running special events.

The sights and the holidays are such fun. My favorite is witches night out. We've gone there several times to take pictures with the decorations and the different sights. The bakery is a delightful treat. As well as the candy store.

We went to Gardner Village with some family and wanted to have a nice meal. We were able to see most of the shops when we arrived since there was no parking anywhere near the restaurant. This added some charm to the place, but the huge power lines were making a rather peculiar buzzing noise. Maybe it seemed more noticeable... More

A fun place with good food, fun, crafts, shops, and near Trax station. Not for a person on a budget but it is nice to splurge every now and again.
