The temple is in the heart of St. George, visible from the interstate. It is lit at night and creates quite a beautiful scene for the surrounding area. In the summer there is a bright white temple, surrounded by the green trees of the city, surrounded by the area red rocks, and surrounded yet again by the dark grays and... More

Beautiful building and grounds. We did not go through the whole the whole exhibit so it is difficult to give a fair assessment. The two young women in the visitor center were very knowledgeable. We only went through the small exhibits at the visitor center and not the exhibits in the other building.

I loved visiting this place of worship. As we are not Mormons we were not able to see the inside of this amazing church, but even the outside & the gardens hold plenty to see & it's nice just to go & have a quiet little moment here.

The grounds and Temple are beautiful. We met very nice people and even though we aren't Mormon enjoyed grounds and information and the people there couldn't have been nicer.

Outside of Zion's National Park - The St George Temple is a beautifully quiet spiritual setting to meditate, collect your thoughts and just forget about the world. Want to step back in time to a simpler era, walk the grounds, admire the architecture and then sit and reflect on the beauty.

Our family enjoyed walking around the lovely temple grounds one Sunday morning. There is also a visitors center with exhibits and family centered activities. We took the extra hour to go on a tour of the pioneer home of Brigham Young nearby. Whether you are of the LDS (Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints) faith or not, you... More

suggest you visit small visitor center where you can see photos and read about the construction of the temple. It is amazing what they could construct with very limited tools.

The Temple is always a wonderful visit, of course! But it is not the only reason we go to St. George.
