The tour will give you plenty to see and do and then you ca go back and linger in the various venues if you need more Time. The Jacob Hamlin character was great on the live tour.

This home sits across from where the Santa Clara River once ran. It is in the beautiful community of Santa Clara where a person can walk down the cities main street and visit other historic buildings. There are information signs along the street explaining what the buildings were used for. In the spring, summer and fall a fruit and vegetable... More

This old home has been restored and is open to the public. Stop there on the way to see the artists village.

This quaint historic home is in Santa Clara, just outside of the St. George, Utah city limits. I have been a few times and each time I was given a tour by very courteous and informative men. If you are into history, then you will probably enjoy this stop.

The employees are knowledgeable about the place which is a bonus. It is interesting to visit and a worthwhile stop in a sleepy little community. Santa Clara is one of my favorite places to go to.

We had driven by it several times. There were not a lot of cars there this time, so, we stopped. It was a really neat and free tour. A Mormon Church site. Surprisingly, there was no real religious recruiting. A good history was given by the church guides. Well worth a stop.

This was an interesting home to visit, you and your family can learn about early LDS (Morman) history, and American history. Jacob Hamblin worked with the local Native Americans, his work was very interesting. Not being LDS, it is a little different to have the tour lead only by LDS missionaries... but they did a good job sharing their knowledge.

This place is a little out off the track but its a nice place to visit. It's filled with history and fun for young ones. Depending on the missionaries on the door, it's a fun experience for the family. There's original pieces to see and loads to learn. If you're interested in the pioneer movement then this place is right... More
