Played all 27 holes on a Monday with 2 buddies. Course was nearly empty so pace of play was extremely fast. Many beautiful views from the holes. Greens were punched a couple of weeks ago and haven't been mowed much so they were very slow and bumpy. The Blackrock 9 started with temporary tees on #1 and ended with a... More

Interested holes, par 3 with island and par 3 with lava rock. Great condition, greens true. The course was empty after 2 women foursomes let me play through. Great scenery!!! Much different than playing in NorthEast. rented clubs and they were very good. More

Pretty reasonable rates for the area. They have three 9-hole courses to choose from. Some of the holes are really challenging. I like the way it covers a real variety of terrain--down by the river, and up in the hills and overlooking the canyons. I really enjoyed this place. I think it is the most picturesque of the city-run courses. More

We played this course in early March. It was in horrible shape and very few people were golfing. We were particularly upset when they charged us more (and were rude about it) than we were quoted for the twilight rate. We were on a one month golf trip throughout the area and not one course charged an additional fee for... More

If you decide to play this course you will be pleased with the three different 9 hole layouts. All completely different--Blackrock is tight, but fair. Point is beautiful due to scenery view, and Woodbridge is a real test with an island hole. I have been driving to St. Geo. for many years and Sunbrook is my favorite. Forget the Ledges... More

We happened to find this golf course on a city map from a local hotel. By pure luck we ended up here. We were happily greeted in the parking lot with a very friendly member who told us this course is a wonderful place to play and the best of the public golf courses in St. George. She was absolutely... More

On May 20, 2009 (day 2 of my 6 day Saint George Golf Vacation), I played 18 holes at the City of Saint George owned municipal course known as Sunbrook Golf Club (it is a 27 hole championship golf course). I played "The Point" and "Blackstone" nines. My $41 fee included green fees and a power cart rental. There is... More

I left my hotel...it was 10 degrees in Cedar City...by the time I arrived in St. George it was 32 degrees. I checked in at the course and although I had heard they were a bit stuffy, I was treated well and put right on the list for single players. The staff was extremely polite and when I started playing... More

I'm from Florida and this was my first round of golf in the desert or in any elevated area, so I was in awe of the elevation changes and desert layout. The scenery is very nice and the facility is clean and modern. I looked forward to each hole as they each had their own character and style. The homes... More
