Short Story: Dangerous, unsupervised, understaffed and in need of repair! Long Story: I took my 3 year old daughter here. She had a lot of fun (the ONLY reason this got 2 stars), but she also is only 3 so cannot see how dangerous it is. There were 3 employees only. 2 of them were young teenage girls (maybe 16,... More

This place has the potential to be a good destination for families, but it is pricy and everything looks old and dingy. We wont be going back.

My sister and I took our grandchildren; this place is overpriced and not suited for 2 year olds; even though they still charge $5 which is outrageous. The slides ar enot inflated properly, the toddlers cannot climb up ladders due to missing handles and poorly inflated steps. There should be a locked gate at entrance, anyone can walk in, or... We took our kids here and stayed about 3 minutes. It had the most awful smell and was EXTREMELY DIRTY! The health department needs to shut this place down. Their waiver states nothing regarding skin diseases. If we contracted one from this place they will be liable.

Jumpin Jacks was just ok. Kids had a good time, but at $8 per kid it was overpriced. It was way too hot inside also.

Absolutely the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced! Do not waste your time or money, there are a few other places in town that are similar in costs that are top notch. Here is my experience, we booked a birthday party room and booked the jumpers. We informed the worker that a few of the children coming had allergies... More

Would recommend skipping the birthday/party services provided, but bounce away to your heart's content. We had a negative experience with the manager's professionalism regarding an online reservation where the children's needs(age's 3-14) were nearly met, but the accompanying adults were without food. Although cake and ice cream are allowed in other food or drinks are not. After paying an additional... More

My 4 children ranging in age from 5-10 love going to Jumpin Jacks. I buy the punch pass card which makes it much more economical to go. I can get 15 visits for $49.99 plus it includes $10 worth of free food from the snack bar. They also have different deals online for families who are just visiting and coupons... More

This place is absolutely great. For kids and adults too! We never had this when I was a child and so I have a great time here with kids and grandkids.

My 2 year old liked it, but that's where it comes to a screeching stop. It's $5 for a 2year old and if they are 7 and up it's $8 ($7.99) a child. Not worth it for the lack of quality. You can't really jump properly because they are not inflated all the way... most are less than 3/4 full.... More
