Watch the weather. The hike is easy and offers splendid vistas, but stay iff this ridge in a storm! Very near Park City.

Beautiful. Take time to explore this area. There are different levels of hiking trails available, from relatively easy to advanced. Just a great place.

This is the best place to view the riders as they descend to town! Instead of driving up, grab a mountain bike and cruise up! Tons of people & a great atmosphere.

This is a great drive... It only took about 30 mins from park city. The scenery is stunning and traffic was pretty light. Only drawback is the route was not marked clearly. Would highly recommend for a relaxed drive.

This road is full of beautiful scenery. A bit crowded though. We wanted to stop and hike a bit and the parking lots were full! We started in Park City and headed towards Brighton. Once we got to Brighton it was less crowded.

Loved every minute of our morning drive from Park City to the Salt Lake Valley through the Guardsman Pass Scenic Backway. It was also a much shorter drive than we anticipated as traffic was very light on a Sunday morning. The views were spectacular and the wild flowers lovely.

Nice drive up the mountain. Go for lunch at the Silver Fork in Brighton - nice deck to sit outside in the summer. Very reasonable prices.

This is a gorgeous drive at any time but particularly in the fall. You really want to be a passenger on this drive because the driver has to keep his/her eyes on the road! There are wonderful places on both sides of the pass - Midway and DeerValley/Park City. Don't miss this drive.

Due to recent paving, this is fast becoming a speed track between SLC and PC/Midway. Avoid on the weekends if you can. In the fall, the moose come out at the open meadow and it's really spectacular. Beautiful hiking trails, too.

This has been completely paved so it is good to drive. Wonderful views!! Stop near Brighton at silver lake and walk the boardwalk. But bring a jacket - it's cold up there even in summer!!
