We came for the ski season in Jan 2015. The service is really, really good - you can leave your ski boots and skis overnight in lockers for free right at the bottom of the slopes (and they'll give you back a tag which you can use to collect them again the next morning) so you don't have to haul... My family skied here for two weeks and absolutely enjoyed ourselves. The mountain is alway beautifully sunny and the volunteers on the top of each mountain were really helpful and friendly. Almost the entire mountain was open but we were a little disappointed with the lack of snow at some times. I was also impressed by the ski and boot... More

3 lifts open from 10-5 for $40 wish they were open earlier as it was warm! Not busy at all as it seems that most of the bikers were cross country biking. Most of the trails were more technical than free flowing. We rode mostly blue trails and a couple of blacks. Nail driver was a nice warm up.

I hate to type this review because I love Deer Valley so much. I love it because of its service and attention to detail. I love Deer Valley because snowboarders aren't crowding the top of the ski lifts. I love it because the lunch at the lodges are amazing: turkey chili is not to be missed. As a Utah native,... More

Love Deer Valley. Snowboarding is not allowed so it's a bit safer for kids just starting out. You don't have to worry about getting wiped out by a snowboarder (which can has happened to us at other resorts). You can store you skis over night for free. Love the mountains.

Great guides in winter and summer. We have used them for skiing and biking in the summer. Very patient with all skill levels.

this is a great mountain to bike, beautiful and great structure to offer, good places to eat and drink around the mountain as well. Good for the whole family, including kids.

This was our second time at Deer Valley because we loved it so much the first time. The views from the top of the mountains are beyond belief - you have to see it to believe it. The slopes are so carefully groomed and the snow is just gorgeous everyday. Even in bad conditions it's a lovely place to be.... More

These are three importance distinguishing characteristics of Deer Valley. They typically have the most groomed trails and they give you a map updated daily of what was groomed. They control the daily crowds buy only selling tickets on site and limiting the amount so the resort never feels over crowded. Lastly, they do not allow snowboards. Every Deer Valley employee... Deer Valley is more known to be a number one premier ski resort. But did you know they have summer activities as well? Concerts on the bunny slope are a most enjoyable experience. Pack a picnic, lay out a blanket, bring beach chairs (the low the ground type preferred). Then pour a glass of wine and sip while you listen... More
