The best ski resort I have ever had the pleasure of skiing.

Snow was OK but this year was hard on everyone. Did end up getting about 6 inches our last day which was heaven. The resort is very well managed. All personnel are VERY helpful and polite. You can check your skis for free every night which makes it easy the next day when you don't have to drag them from... More

This is a great place if you like to ski and not be run down by snow boarders (which I don't). They do a really good of grooming the runs and even with the lack of fresh snow they were still skiiable. Good variety of runs with some good options for skiiers of all ability.

We really enjoyed this resort. The snowfall this year as very light so most of the skiing was on groomers. They did a great job with a little snow. There is some good terrain that would have been fun if there was a lot of snow. The slopeside restaurants were some of the best we ever went to. It's expensive... More

My grand daughter had a wonderful 5 day experience and learned to go from novice to green runs at the top of the mountain. Instructors were terrific. Expensive but worth it.

Expensive and well worth it. Expansive and varied terrain. Even with the lack of snow recently, Deer Valley is the best as leveraging what the have, grooming the snow and providing a memorable experience.

I have skied all over the world and no one does it better than Deer Valley. From the grooming of the slopes, to the friendly and helpful staff, to the best on mountain food anywhere, Deer Valley is the Augusta National of ski resorts.

Very friendly people at resort. Plenty of runs for all levels. Food at lodges very good but quite pricey

In this year of minimal snow, excellent grooming makes all the difference! The lack of champagne powder was not the fault of the resort; but they made up for it with the best grooming in the valley. We skied all 3 resorts and found so-so skiing in the other two. Deer Valley groomed more of their slopes, leaving a few... More

Flights booked... accomodation booked....ski rental booked... then I call ski school and oh dear... it's full... (too late...we have your money for everything else) Kind of makes it hard to have a good ski vacation when there is nobody here to teach your kids to ski...... the supervisor I spoke to explained that they can still have a fun time... Loved Deer Valley. There were lots of slopes that the average skier could tackle without fearing for their life. The food in the lodge was excellent, although quite pricey, as is the entire resort area. I found the entire resort to be very picturesque. My only complaint would be the lift systems. At other resorts in the West, there are... More
