We have been to the Canyons a few times and it is getting better as my party ski abilities improve. This year we focused on blue and blacks which is the sweet spot for the Canyons. Each year makes a new experience as our skill level opens up new terrain. The only thing I did not like was so many... More

The skiers in our group thought that Canyons was the pick out of Deer Valley and Park City. The non-skiers were able to drive up and meet the skiers for lunch. This is a great place to go. The accessibility from the carpark to base station is via a gondola, which makes it such an easy trek.

Stayed for 5 days of skiing. The people were friendly, and lift lines were good. The mountain was fun to ski at all levels. People at the Cannons were open and friendly!

My family and I absolutely love skiing at the Canyons. All the staff that we've ever encountered have been beyond helpful and personable. The dining options on the mountain while skiing are all wonderful but my favorite is Cloud Dine.

My husband spent the day here. He liked the diversity in terrain and the challenge of the blacks and double blacks. The only drawback was that the overall ski area was very spread out.

We arrived in early January and spent a week here. Lift passes and lessons are quite pricey BUT there are no crowds and no lines. We put our kids into ski school for a few days but they had a different teacher every single day so there was no continuity with the teaching. Some teachers were excellent, others not so... More

We paid to just ride the gondola up for a scenic view, we did not ski here. It was fantastic! Gorgeous at the top with a nice lodge for lunch.

This was our first visit to Canyons. With Vail Resorts (VR) owning Canyons and our EPIC passes good there, we were ready to spend for lodging since we did not have to pay for lift tickets. VR is successfully taking market share by offering these passes at low prices. Of the VR Colorado resorts all of which I am very... More

I've been to many ski resorts, but The Canyons is not for beginners. This was my third time skiing, I was able to manage, but I definitely need more experience for the black diamonds! My girlfriend's 15 years of skiing really did show in these slopes, almost like a knife in butter. The park is nice though, the snow is... More
