I love that you can ride up and not ever have to come all the way down to your car until you are done. There are restrooms and restaurants on the mountain. Their lifts are so nice and fast. The terrain is great for intermediate and advanced skiier/snowboarders. I would definitely recommend this resort as a local. If you need... More

The Canyons is mostly geared towards bikers. Of the 2 hiking only trails, one is so overgrown that it was unpleasant to attempt. Wish they would spend as much attention on hikers as they do bikers.

We've travelled here from New Jersey several times and enjoyed our experience. The condos are nicely appointed and spacious. It's always very quiet-no screaming kids running the halls. We stay in the one bedroom and our young son sleeps on the pull out sofa in the living room. We utilize the hot tub, pool and game room. The drive from... More

It is so easy to get to The Canyons from SLC airport. The Canyons has all types of skiing levels available. And there is so much terrain that you might be on a slope all by yourself. Staying at the Grand Summit gives you ski in ski out which makes it super easy to get the most out of your... More

The Park City Info Center said this was the best zip lining. They first put the harnesses on us, including a backpack with your zip equipment. We had a short training session then took a gondola up the mountain. We did two shorter runs and one large run about 700 feet above the ground. It was awesome. Not the same... More

We liked . . . . . the ski school which did an excellent job with our two first time skiing kids aged 7 and 10, the plentiful skiing options, the excellent staff, the lack of lift lines, the convenience of Park City to SLC. We did not like . . . . The Sundial, which needs a major renovation,... More

We stayed at the Miner's Club. nice place but they are building a wyhndam behind and a golf course across the street so it was very noisy.

Every year we head up to Park City in the off season. We are local to Utah so off season is a lot more cost efficient for us if we want to stay the weekend. This year we stayed at the Canyons Resorts Sundial lodge. Great deal on a studio. Full kitchen, fireplace and a great view of the mountains.... More

I have skied Canyons for years, as a one day visit, on my annual ski trek to Utah. This year, we decided to try it as our main focus by staying there, and doing most of our activities based upon the resort. My perspective has changed for the better. We stayed at the Hilton Resort, a ski-in/out hotel with great... More

My friends and I really enjoyed our time here. There was about 20 friends that went skiing out here and we really loved the slopes.
