Vail has not combined PC and Canyons, but with the cabriolet and big parking lots (which still fill up), I almost always opt for Canyons side. I also think there is more variety of terrain with more challenges. Food is not great other than lookout cabin and has become much more expensive but with Epic pass, Canyons is a great... More

Lift operators are friendly, a variety of places to dine, rental shops close to lift access. New gondola connecting Canyons ski area with Park City ski area doubles the fun! Convenient to Park City.

Stayed at the canyons. Everything is close enough to walk to. Ski rental, food, lift tickets, ski lessons, night life, spa's and restaurants.

I prefer to park out near the entrance and take the easy lift ride to the base of the resort. This allows for quick access and ease of escape at the end of the ski day. You can buy your tickets right there and just chill on the lift to the base. Getting all the way into town is not... More

Canyons and park city have merged into one gigantic ski resort and it's awesome! I stay at the canyons village and highly recommend the instructors here. Rick Hodus is a high level ski instructor who knows the mountain cold. And the snowboard instructors(I ski and snowboard), are also excellent(Anthony Coontz and Joshua(from Australia). The food at Lookout Cabin on the... More

Parking could be rough. Glad we were on site. Crowds can fill in bottom of mtn in early morning. Long journey to pcmr side so stayed canyons side. Plenty to do.

I was able to ski at all three resorts while visiting Park City in January 2016, and I felt that Canyons was more for advanced to intermediate skiers. The restaurants were expensive at the bottom of the runs, and their weren't a lot of people out on the outdoors bar/patio area. It seemed like more of a stop over place... More

I've stayed here three times now and can't get enough. The hospitality is spot on. The views are amazing. The rooms are extremely clean and comfy. The food choices are great and did I mention the views!!! Highly recommended for family's, friends, business folks or lovers.

We stayed at the Hilton Grand Vacations Sunrise Lodge -- it was the best! The rooms were luxurious and our view was superb. There's even a ski valet on site to help with all the details and equipment. The whole Canyon Resort area is very convenient. You can ski in, which my husband and daughter loved! And there are coffee... More

Absolutely love skinning here! Best powder I have ever skied, it was fantastic. Love it here better than Colorado!
