We have a pass and it's a great place to get into nature and let the kids enjoy the outdoors. They like the birds of prey and then we usually hike the Habitat Trail. There's lots of water to look at, dead trees to climb and animals/insects to see. We frequently see deer and turkey. My kids also love to... More

Visit with family, children, adults or alone...you will have a great time in any situation. I have been there at all times of year and I loved each and every time. They have great classes and a cute little shop. If you love nature, birding, learning, meeting cool people and being outdoors...then you need to make this place a regular... More

Surviving on donations and volunteers, this nature preserve is bordered on side by large federal campus and business depot on the other. But the large acreage is populated with deer, squirrels, various birds and several paths which offer short and long walks. Some of the paths take you along the border of the preserve and away from the road noise... More

We visited the Ogden Nature centre on the recommendation of a friend at Wild About Birds in Kanab. It was a lovely place and very well laid out with plenty to see. We met Bryce who was a lovely kind man with a huge heart and had an up close and personal tour with some beautiful birds. The nature centre... More

One and a half miles of flat trails with bird blinds and tower overlooks make the nature center a great place to observe birds and other wildlife in their natural habitat. The center is open and accessible year round and is home to many species of birds as well as deer, foxes, frogs, and other small creatures. Our two year... More

We went with the grandkids to celebrate Nature Day. Great presentations with lots to see and do. The teachers really added a lot to my knowledge and also involved the kids to make it interesting for them

We had the center come and do a program at a business function for about 60 people. It was great. Everyone enjoyed the show. We had several birds presented and all learned from the folks showing. We even had a bald eagle and what a beautiful bird. The Nature Center is a valuable resource and we would recommend them to... More

The Ogden Nature Center is a fun and educational experience. The location of the Center is ideal for viewing nature with the opportunity to get a close up view of live birds and other animals. The walking trails give the kids a chance to run off their endless energy.
